Glamping in the countryside

Lovely location, clean glamping pod with private area , picnic table, fridge, kettle, sink close to the shower block with beautiful views. Dog friendly with enclosed area to let dog off lead. Lovely walks around park lakes & forest. Close to castle archdale for water activities, etc. Games room, sweet shop, laundry room. Everything you need for a glamping break in a very well-maintained park.

Good facilities for children and great facilities all around., lovely and quiet with beautiful views and lovely accommodations. Great prices in the shop. Lovely and accommodating staff. The indoor play was great for the price.

The shop could do with selling something necessities for kitchen/bathroom. The opening times of the indoor playarea, such strange times.

Exceeded our expectations

We loved it - we booked a 3 night stay in the cabins and ended up adding another night to our stay. The cabins are a little home from home with everything you need including a little garden area at the back. We had a great time and will definitely re visit.

Some towels would’ve been great as it was so hot when we stayed we showered even more than normal and had to keep washing ours, or even a washing machine in the cabins would be amazing!

It is a very clean place. We stayed in a Pod and the kids thought it was great. Games room and farm were an added bonus

Good experience

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant park for the kids and the soft play was good. We also enjoyed the walks around the site seeing the different animals. The Lodge was very clean and decent cooking facilitys. Bed was very comfortable. This site is ideal for family's with young children and is very quiet after 10pm.

The sofas in the lodges were uncomfortable. A TV in the main bedroom would be a nice touch. Few things in the games room didn't work but still takes the money. Few lights in the Lodge also not working.

We never met even a single staff in the park … during our whole stay.. Felt very lonely because not any of the other accommodation were occupied..: we were the only occupies in the park

A beautiful park in a great location. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings and it was great to be able to see the animals located on the grounds. We stayed in one of the lodges which was amazing - Plenty of space, Comfy beds and very clean!

Fantastic

Amazing experience from start to finish! Stayed in the caravan it exceeded expectations, right beside Penelope the pig lol she was a delight! Reception staff amazing so friendly, park and games room excellent! Animal walk was a suprise bonus! We WILL be booking again soon!

Only thing I can comment negative was a few cleaning issues in the caravan bathrooms (toothpaste covered sink) shower was dirty but apart from that everything else was great

Liked the campsite. Was grand. We stayed in Pods, they were fine... warm, clean... . Maybe ideal for just two nights instead of four depending on ages of kids. Younger kids would suit pods better. Park was nice. Air hockey in games room was good fun. Staff very friendly and helpful.

quiet picturesque venue that has a great playground and pet farm for young children

The park was well maintained very nice and helpful staff. They even allowed us to use their electric car charger unfortunately it was the wrong type.

Brilliant stay 😊

We stayed in one of the lodges was very cosy and suitable for kids ect.. the play area for kids it's brilliant. We all had a lovely time and will be back.

We had booked a caravan and got offered a lodge because there was some problem with booking.com the lady had explained but all was resolved and we were all happy in the end up 😊

Great place

The mobile/ caravan was very nice to inside and out. Very clean and welcoming. The staff where all very polite, other guests aswel also very nice. The facilities are on point, better than we expected to be honest, a kids soft play area/arcade/ playground fishing ponds, a walk way around the park with farm animals etc all the stuff that my kids love. So far I've recommended to all my friends and family and will do to anyone who is thinking of booking.😊

The mobile I stayed in was lovely inside and outside the bedroom for the larger person are a bit small I'm 6.2 and give or take 130kg and I found it a bit tight in the main bedroom and shower's but for the average person I'd say would be perfect. No cash back facility onsite but ATM 4mins away by car other than that 5stars 😊
