Convenient apartment for a multi-day stay in Brussels. To improve: bathroom supplies

Good location, roomy living room/diner and bedrooms. Ideal for access to Tour&Taxis, Rogier, De brouckere and St Catherine areas. The kitchen is well equipped and the WiFi worked well too.

The apartment had no available towels, nor toiletries despite saying the opposite on Booking.com. We ended up having to buy a couple of towels and soap. Tried to get the owner offer some kind of discount for the inconvenience. To be followed

+ Nice lounge area and balcony, good natural light + Location was ok - 10 minute walk to Gare Bruxelles-Nord + Adequate sleeping facilities

- the place wasn't very clean; especially the bathroom and kitchen/kitchen utensils (everything had to be washed before it was fit to use). - there was no bin or bag for recycling; the freezer was so frosted over the freezer door could not be shut properly - while this was beyond the control of the apartment manager, the building boiler failed during our stay which meant only cold showers (in autumn!)

Neat apartment in the city center!

Neat apartment in the city center! A 5 minute walk to the main train station and very close to other public transit. A market was right aroun the corner. Host was very responsive with messages.

The host has two properties in the same building. The pictures in the listing are from one of the properties and we stayed in the other apartment. Our apartment was very similar to the pictures shown, but the host should update his listing to show the difference in the two properties. Not a detractor, but it would have been nice to know what the apartment looked like.

Great with exception of one issue

Loved the views and both balconies.Very close to station and shops.Comfortable & quiet

No toilet for 3 days out of 4 night stay as flush was broken.It was a real inconvience being 3 friends .Had to go out to bars to use their facilities,which was a shame as spolit our time there .Images on the site were also not the same as the apartment we booked.Rooms were completely different

Séjour un peu caché par tout ces imprévus, nous avons étés très tolérants et il n’y a eu aucun geste de la part des loue

Arrivé sur place pas d’instructions, nous avons dû appeler et attendre 20mn avant d’avoir des instructions plus ou moins claires pour récupérer les clefs. Logement dans un état déplorable à notre arrivé. Ménage pas fait … Nous avons dû quitter du logement pendant 3h pour que quelqu’un vienne régler la situation et remettre l’appartement en état alors que ce n’était pas prévu pour nous. (Heure d’arrivé clairement indiqué et validé) Durant le séjour pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et le grand lit double cassé au niveau des pieds et donc impossible de dormir correctement vu que le lit n’était pas à l’horizontal complètement (problème connu apparement vu qu’il y avait un coussin dessous).

Ήταν αρκετά βρώμικο, μας έφερε 6 πετσετες για 4 ενηλικες και 2 παιδια κ μειναμε 4 βραδια. Υγρασια ειχε αρκετη ,τα σεντονια δεν ηταν καθαρα ,ειχαν λεκεδες. Οι κουρτινες επισης. Τριχες παντου. Δεν ειχε θέρμανση, ουτε και καλό ίντερνετ. Ειδικά τις 2 πρωτες μερες δεν ειχαμε καθόλου ίντερνετ. Παρόλο που ενημερώσαμε τον οικοδεσπότη μας ειπε πως ειναι θεμα του κτιρίου κ θα λυθεί. Μέχρι τελευταία μερα το θεμα της θερμανσης δε λύθηκε.

Locatie en het appartement was ruim.

Op dag van aankomst werd via whatsapp aangegeven dat er problemen zijn met de handdoeken of wij deze zelf willen meenemen. Ik was al in Brussel maar de overige groep was nog thuis dus die kon het meenemen gelukkig. Niet dat we deze heel veel nodig hadden want er was GEEN WARM WATER mensen! Nadat ik recensies had gelezen bleek dit probleem al veel eerder gespeeld te hebben, en met de handdoeken en met het water. Parkeren kost ook 25 euro per dag. Jammer… heel jammer want de locatie is perfect en het appartement is ruim. Faciliteiten waren ook gering.

TRES DECEVANT

L'appartement est assez grand pour 6, très belle vue et très proche du centre ville (environ 20 min à pied du centre ville).

Cet appartement pourrait être top si l'hôte en prennait vraiment soins. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons infirmé l'hôte qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Elle n'a absolument pas cherché de solution pour régler ce problème et n'était pas plus inquiète que ça. Nous avons donc passé 4 jours sans eau chaude alors qu'il fait actuellement 5 degrès à Bruxelles. Nous vous fiez pas aux équipements inscrits sur l'annonce car 60% ne sont pas disponible dans l'appartement. Exemple, les serviettes ne sont pas fournies et lorsque j'ai informé l'hôte la réponse a été "on a décidé de ne plus les fournir, je vais voir ce que je peux faire". Elle n'a absolument rien fait pour y rémédier. Nous avons dû trouver une solution d'urgence. Il n'y a également pas de connexion WI-FI mise à disposition (ou alors très mal indiquée). L'appartement est également très mal insonorisé, il y a une caserne de pompier à 100 mètres, ce qui fait que toute la nuit il y a la sirène qui sonne. Quant à la literie, elle n'est pas du tout confortable avec des matelas à ressorts ressorts qui rentrent dans le dos toute la nuit.

ATTENZIONE!!!

Mi dispiace ma non posso esprimere un giudizio positivo su questo appartamento, avrebbe molte potenzialità ma a mio parere non sono sfruttate.

ATTENZIONE: le foto non corrispondono all appartamento che abbiamo prenotato tramite booking e dove abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti...ci siamo trovati davanti un appartamento completamente diverso dove a darci il benvenuto erano molteplici moscerini che giravano per le stanze e muri sporchi!!! Le informazioni su come accedere all appartamento ci sono state fornite in modo discontinuo, le chiavi si trovano dentro una cassetta difettosa nel lato opposto rispetto all entrata dell appartamento. La pulizia è INESISTENTE !!!!!!al nostro arrivo abbiamo preteso gli asciugamani che erano previsti ma non presenti nell' appartamento: contattato il padrone ha tentato di risolvere il problema dicendo che li avrebbe portati il giorno dopo. Insistendo abbiamo avuto solo un telo da doccia a testa per tutto il tempo che siamo stati in appartamento. Preciso che 2 dei 6 asciugamani sono stati usati per coprire la testata del letto completamente sporca. Noi eravamo in 6 e in cucina c erano 5 forchette, niente scolapasta, accessori rotti e delle padelle che facevano rabbrividire!!!!! Nelle camere gli armadi sono occupati da altro materiale e nn è possibile mettere niente all interno. Abbiamo tenuto le valigie per terra perché mancano gli spazi. È presente solo un bagno con doccia e con wc separato ( la descrizione sul sito parlava di 2 bagni). Abbiamo parcheggiato nel garage interno 2 vetture per la modica cifra di 100 euro per 2 giorni ( si è presentata una sconosciuta alla porta a ritirare i soldi senza rilasciare nessuna ricevuta e il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto al padrone di poter togliere le macchine 2 ore dopo il check out e ci è stato risposto che non era possibile se non pagando un altra notte per intero!!!!!! ASSURDO!!!!!! Impossibile pulire anche da soli perché la scopa faceva schifo. Allego foto di quando vissuto!!!

4 çocuğumuzla konaklayacağımızı bildirmemize rağmen . Evde 1 tane havlu mevcuttu . Yatak ve çarşaflar temizdi fakat . Ev temizlenmemişti. Klima çalışmıyor ve ev aşırı çok sıcak .. Ev sahibine bunu defalarca bildirmemize rağmen .. Hiçbirini yapmadılar . İşlerinden dolayı vakti olamadığını fakat ertesi gün ( yani çıkış yaptığımız gün ) yapacağını bildirdi ve bu şekilde konaklamak zorunda kaldık .

Topverblijf in modern appartement met prachtig uitzicht Voor een event in Brussel verbleef ik één nacht in dit mooie appartement aan de Helihavenlaan 40. Het appartement is modern, ruim en kraaknet. Wat het nog aangenamer maakt, is het mooi uitzicht. De ligging is bovendien zeer centraal, met vlotte verbindingen naar het centrum en andere delen van Brussel. De gastheer was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets was hem te veel gevraagd en alles verliep vlot en hartelijk. Ik voelde me meteen welkom. Zeker een plek waar ik graag opnieuw zou verblijven!

Een basic appartement op een prima locatie.

De locatie was fijn dicht bij het station en relatief dicht bij het centrum. Fijn uitzicht en lekker balkon. Een ruim appartement voor ons groepje (wij waren met 3 volwassenen). De sleutel konden we dicht in de buurt ophalen uit een brievenbus met cijfercode, welke info we kregen via whatsapp na aankomst. Dat was op zich wel handig. Er waren wat tegenvallers, maar daar lieten we onze pret niet door bederven. Gewoon een goed, maar heel basic, appartement. Met een korte wandeling (ongeveer 10 minuten) ben je bij het metrostation, en iets langer tot het centrum (Grote Markt is ongeveer 30 minuten).

Het appartement is anders dan op de foto's, en zeker niet gezellig ingericht. Basic, met niets aan 'sfeer' (behalve het strepen-schilderij). Slechts 1 handdoek per persoon voor 4 nachten is erg weinig (er zou, na contact met de host, een wissel komen, maar we hebben geen schone handdoeken gezien en het maar gelaten voor wat het is). Verder zou een krukje in de badkamer fijn zijn geweest om spullen op te leggen, maar ook voor als je wat minder goed te been bent. Ook misten we informatie over het appartement (hoe werkt alles, waar is de wasmachine, welke leuke restaurantjes zijn er in de omgeving etc). De omgeving was tamelijk druk (veel sirenes op de doorgaande weg, veel sportveldjes in de omgeving) en dat hoor je regelmatig (zeker als de balkondeur open staat, wat wel nodig was ivm de warmte). Al lag het appartement zelf aan een rustige weg. Veel daklozen in de portiek / de parkjes in de buurt, maar daarvan geen last gehad.

Очень большая и просторная квартира. Место расположение прекрасное, рядом с вокзалом и автобусных остановок. Шикарные панорамные окна и балконы.

Было грязно, везде пыльно, даже постельное бельё не было свежей. Удобство и комфорт квартиры отличное, а чистота мягко говоря не очень.
