Take care! Very Nice apartment BUT …

Location: 20 minutes walking distance from the stadium. New Big Apartment fully and nicely equipped!

The oven was completely dirty and we doubt about the cleanliness of the apartment! There are some details missing!! 30 euro for the additional parking space on the street is insane! Shame on you!!! Lack of flexibility! We are still waiting for the reimbursement of the deposit!!

Overall a good holiday and a good place. no complaints.. just some odd things.

Clean, Spacious, Location right close to the highway so easy to go out of Brussels, 2 bedrooms with aircon, hot tub (though we did not get the opportunity to use it), accommodating host for check-in and check-out at odd hours (even last minute changes), quite place except for the workers starting work early morning on Friday.

Could not use the hot tub after 10pm (We already knew that when we booked) but since we got back after 10 every day, the hot tub was not used. The host charges a lot for using the coffee pods and drinks and were not given a price before. There should be extra bath towels as there were only 3 in total for 3 bedrooms and not everyone shares towels. They should have a couple of fans during the summers as the 3rd bedroom and the lounge (both with no air conditioning) get very hot. We probably should have asked but late nights prevented us. Zak was accommodating with check-in/checkout times as ours were very odd. Building work going on in the flat below so workers started work at 8am and so we could not have a sleep in for longer.

Sehr gut

Nice layout and equipment of the apartment, well suited for a family or group, nothing is missing. Very good service and friendly owner. What we liked best is that each room has its own bathroom and - not to forget - the Jaccuzi on the terrace. Definitely to be recommended!

Belle expérience!

Le jaccuzzi n'était pas disponible alors que nous avions reçu un courriel nous demandant si nous souhaitions utiliser le jaccuzzi. Malgré la confirmation de notre volonté de disposer du jaccuzzi, ce dernier n'était pas disponible. Ce fût une réelle déception étant donné que ce point constituait le petit plus pour lequel nous avons réservé. Malgré la remarque que nous avons faite à ce sujet, on nous a simplement dit que le jaccuzzi n'était pas disponible de novembre à février... je pense qu'il aurait fallu le préciser plus tôt ou ne pas reprendre ce service dans l'offre alors, car cela nous a beaucoup déçu!

Scelta azzeccatissima!

Posizione eccellente rispetto alla fiera (pochi minuti a piedi) e vicino a due ristoranti. In zona residenziale, quindi molto silenzioso. Appartamento molto grande, tre camere con tre bagni con doccia, salotto grande con divano enorme, grande tv, terrazzo con vasca idromassaggio. Molto pulito. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili (ci hanno persino tenuto da parte un piatto di dolci perchè stavano festeggiando un addio al nubilato). Non abbiamo prenotato la colazione perchè costa 35€ testa al giorno. Poiché la cucina dell'appartamento è ben attrezzata, abbiamo fatto la nostra spesa e consumato la colazione in appartamento. Se dovremo ritornare in fiera, chiameremo sicuramente per prenotare di nuovo.

I bagni ciechi, ma è normale, visto quanti ce n'erano. La mancanza del bidet, ma è un'esigenza prettamente italiana: si sa che all'estero è molto difficile trovarlo.

Rustig gelegen, comfortabel appartement op voetafstand van Brussels Expo.

Een ruim, comfortabel, leuk ingericht appartement in een rustige straat vlak bij Brussels Expo en atomium. Er is een gratis parkeerplaats voorzien. We verbleven er met drie kleinkinderen in puberleeftijd. Dit was ideaal omdat elk van de drie slaapkamers een eigen badkamer heeft. Vanuit het appartement was Brussels Expo waar we naar Cirque du soleil gingen vlot te voet te bereiken. Keuken is goed ingericht. Appartement is ook geschikt voor een langer verblijf.

Alhoewel het appartement er recent uitziet, zijn er toch al wat beschadigingen aan de inrichting. Ramen waren niet goed gepoetst. Ruitjes van een kastje waren vuil.

La casa è spaziosa e silenziosa con tre stanze da letto matrimoniali tutte dotate di clima e bagno con doccia. Decisamente comoda a parte le scale ripide quindi non adatte ai soggetti con mobilità ridotta.

Parfait !

La personne qui nous a accueillis était hyper gentille, aux petits soins. Appartement à 10-15 minutes à pieds de l'ING ARENA et à quelques minutes en voiture de l'Atomium. Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de douche avec WC, quel confort ! Literries au top, avec matelas électriques, on a super bien dormi et le jaccuzi qui vient parfaire tout ça...rien à redire, endroit sécurisé, place de parking. C'était parfait !

Excellent séjour dans un endroit cosy et confortable bien aménagé .

Emplacement idéal ING accord Arena , Atomium, Mini Europe , Tour Japonaise non loin . Restaurant à proximité avec possibilité de livraison à l'hôtel . Accès facile par la route non loin d'un grand axe . L'accueil est excellent , et le petit déjeuner / brunch , gargantuesque et excellent . La literie est excellente, le quartier est calme . Un place de parking juste devant ce qui est très appréciable en ville . Le logement est propre . J'ai nuancé mon jugement à ce propos pour quelques petits détails comme les vitres pas au top et les poussières dans quelques endroits comme les ampoules des lampes . Mais ce sont des détails que seule une maniaque comme moi va voir !!!! L'endroit est super bien aménagé . il ne manque rien .Je recommande l'endroit et j'y reviendrai sans soucis .

Wij waren er voor werk in de expo vlakbij. Locatie top. Lieve mensen, perfect na een lange dag werken. Alles bij de hand zoals oven magnetron. En jaccuzi . En de geur als je binnenkomt is heerlijk

Hier en daar wat stof. Een wasbakje liep niet goed door. Maar dat stelt niks voor.

Résidence calme, avec parking, idéale pour profiter de la capitale sans utiliser la voiture

Tout équipé, idéal pour passer un séjour en famille et profiter de la capitale. Le parking gratuit associé permet de se rendre en centre ville par le tram situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied (Esplanade). Adapté de la même façon pour profiter de l'Atomium, du Mini Europe, du Stade Bauduin, du Parc des Expositions, le tout accessible à pied. Nombreux restaurants à proximité (non testé) et station essence à cent mètres. Réactivité de notre hôte.

Une grande et une petite serviette par personne serait pour ce type de séjour plus adapté.
