Lack of things like toilet paper. Shower was awkward and seemed to flood. Likewise when it rained water would get through the windows even when closed.

Nos dejó tirados en la puerta.

No me gustó nada, porque no llegué a hospedarme me cancelaron la reserva 5 minutos antes de hacer el check in.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, una verguenza lo de la chica que nos intentó atender porque huyó. Nos dejó allí tirados, asique el trato horrible. No lo recomendaría nunca.

L’annonce est trompeuse ! Ne pas réserver !!! Les photos de l’annonce ne concernent pas à ce logement. Après recherche sur le web des photos de l’annonce, cela concerne un autre appartement. En bas de l’immeuble, il est affiche par le syndic Cytia immobilier en juillet 2025, une interdiction de faire des locations Airbnb. Nous avons réservé le logement lorsque la note du logement était de 8/10. Quand nous sommes arrivés au jour de la location la note était de 3,8/10. Les autres commentaires sont conformes à ce que nous avons vécu : l’eau dans la pièce principale, manque des serviettes ou autres. Nous avons demandé sur place l’annulation de notre réservation, ce qui a été accepté par le loueur. Nous avons porté une réclamation auprès de Booking

Désespérant. Honteux . Non respectueux des locataires .

L’emplacement , à 15 minutes du centre ville.

L’appartement attribué n’est pas conforme au descriptif de la réservation initiale : Équipements : équipements manquants : serviettes de toilettes livrées le lendemain de notre arrivée à 21h20!, pas de lave linge , pas sèche cheveux ….. d autres sont défectueux : lave vaisselle bouché donc inutilisable , infiltration d’eau d’où le sol et le tapis trempé , le frigo est insalubre , le canapé est defoncé , ampoules deluminaires grilles 1/2 . Le grille pain fait disjoncter. Porte de placard droite cassée dans la chambre Entretien superficiel : boîte type restauration rapide retrouvée pleine ds un placard , bouteille le eau sous le lit . Plinthes arrachéhees

Esperienza con host orribile.

L'host mentre eravamo in fase di imbarco, solo due ore prima del nostro arrivo a Bruxelles, ci ha avvisato che la struttura non era disponibile e che avremmo alloggiato in una struttura simile. La nuova struttura era vicino la stazione nord più lontano dal centro e meno sicura,, rispetto alla struttura originariamente prenotata. Più volte contattato ci diceva che avrebbe risolto il problema e ci avrebbe fatto spostare nella struttura prenotata in origine, ma nulla di fatto. Fatto reclamo a booking ma siamo ancora in attesa di risposta, ed è passato più di un mese. Nota negativa anche per booking.

Pessima gestione, una soluzione alternativa inadeguata dopo una disdetta all’ultimo momento

Niente, visto che mi hanno dato disdetta 2 ore prima di entrare e mi è stata fornita una soluzione inadeguata visto che eravamo in sei con cinque posti letto e neanche un asciugamano
