Absolutely perfect for exploring Belgium

Absolutely everything. Faultless. Excellent location, easy to access, fabulous facilities. The bedrooms were lovely and well equipped, the kitchen was great, the kids loved the pool table!! Best place we’ve ever stayed. The location is fantastic, so easy to get around and beautiful area. One afternoon the heavy rain started, so we headed back to the apartment for a few hours and could all chill out and enjoy ourselves there.

Our warm apartment with garage

Great location, clean apartment. Having free parking opportunity is very comfortable. The temreture of the apartment was excellent in winter. We can reach the host whenever we need easily and he asked all our questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Not worth the price

The location was great and the appartment has plenty of space for a family. Also its very clean. Garage for the car.

The floor creacks annoyingly. It gives you a discomfort with every step you take. The floor isnt straight, i expect there may have been some waterdamage which causes this. All the facilities where mediocre. The pool table misses the 8 ball, the glasses and mugs where dirty, the waterpressure was low and if you try to regulate the temperature it just goes from very hot to very cold. If you have patience you might find the sweetspot where it is okay. Also the response time through chat is very limited and slow. The communication is in short sentences. Everything about the appartment was just okay and thats the problem. It really isnt worth the € 300, - we payed for a night.

Perfect location

The apartment was pleasant and clean, with an excellent location — just 10 minutes from Grand Place, and everything we needed (shops, restaurants, pharmacy) right downstairs.

A few small things could make it better: an ironing table, hand wash in the bathroom, and more kitchen equipment (a dishwasher would be great). The stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky, especially with our 3-year-old, as they get narrow at the turns. Overall, a good stay in a very convenient spot We are definitely thinking about coming back

Lovely place with some improvements needed

Very good location, kitchen equipped with necessities and a coffee machine which was greatly appreciated. Nice balcony and very spacious. Liked the no shoes rule so the floor was clean.

The host although very nice, wasn't responsive on booking you have the message him through whats app although he says he will respond on booking in 15 minutes. This became an issue for us when the the other residents blocked the way in to garage and he didn't respond on booking. We had to park on the street for the evening and pay parking. We were here during the heat wave so it would be nice to have some kind of fan or something to cool down the loft since it was 35 degrees inside. We didn't expect ac but something would be nice since it gets really hot.

There were more than 10 flies flying around. They said they would give me a refund, so I bought insecticide and dealt with the problem myself, but I never heard back from them, and in the end, they didn’t refund me. The place also wasn’t properly cleaned.

Fantastic stay in Brussells

location was superb right next to the park. and. in a lovely area. and close to. everything. the secure parking was fantastic as we were on tour and it meant we could leave some of our equipment in the van. comfortable. beds. a bit noisy as building site next door but that can't. be helped.

Cracky floor no comfort

Location was very nice!

While the location of the loft was excellent, our stay was unfortunately impacted by excessive noise sensitivity. We were asked to remove our shoes indoors due to creaky floors, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Despite being extremely mindful and behaving like any regular guests, we were disturbed by a downstairs neighbor complaining about noise. Overall, not the relaxing experience we had hoped for

An ideal apartment to stay in when you travel with friends and family. Having to climb stairs.

I found this house quite good, very central and friendly in the house fully equipped, suitable for groups of 3-5 people, can be used for a long time or short stay for travel. Very convenient and comfortable

It's a bit dusty because there's no vacuum cleaner and the sofa probably hasn't washed for a long time.

Filthy, inadequate, uncomfortable and deceptive photos to lure you in.

The pool table was a great idea for families. The space is lovely. This property could be so beautiful if the owner cared enough to do something with it instead of falsely advertising through Booking. If it looked like the photos it would have been lovely.

Filthy. Old bath towels, horrible bath/shower, disgusting beds and bedding. Beds unsafe - in the larger room one single looks like the legs will break with more than 3 stone on it. My children are older - they loved the idea that there was a double bed up high in one room but it was unsafe- so my children slept on the mattress on the floor. No cupboard space - all filled with old sheeting. Kitchen is awful. Oven disgusting- smelled so bad when we put it on. Pots disgusting - I have cleaned them with lemon and have removed the stains for you. Sofa stained, uncomfortable. Couldn’t make breakfast unless you’re just having cereal and 2 toast. Sleeps 7 apparently and there’s a two slice toaster. £511 we paid for two nights. My wife started crying when she realised we could have stayed at the Radisson Hotel for £523 for two rooms. Parking. I am a reasonably slim person. We have a family car. I could not get out my drivers side due to the tiny space I had to park in, between a pole and the wall. We contacted the owner the first night, before we had settled in to see all the issues. They said they were away- the fairy lights weren’t working and I was trying to fix it. It became quite clear that any issues we had were not going to be addressed so we just had to suffer staying in this horrible place. We haven’t slept the whole time.

Location was excellent it was spacious and had a lovely atmosphere

All the facilities from bath mats DISH CLOTHS dirty fry pan ,stains on the sofa and outdoor sofa had rips in it the shower curtain barely hanging in there over the bath which had a welcome clump of black hair / pubic hairs ,everything was as cheap as possible even the cutlery tray a cheap plastic tray on the counter no clothes washer ,but we did get laundry service after waiting 3 days ,thankyou, over all if they upgraded everything it would be well worth the money,

sin duda la ubicación. También el apartamento era tal y como salía en las fotos. Muy buen comunicación con el anfitrión. Se nos hizo tarde el check out y no nos puso ningún problema, al contrario, nos trasmitió tranquilidad.

Para nosotros fue todo perfecto. Si tuviese que decir algo malo...diría las escaleras del final, un poco estrechas, pero nada peligrosas.
