You should definitely stay here!!! 💛

The location is amazing; we were able to reach everywhere we wanted to see within a 5-minute walk. Thanks to Mr. Tomoski, he helped us during our short time here and showed us everywhere that can be visited. It has every feature that a guesthouse should have, and they are always in communication about whether anything is missing. Even though we stayed only 1 day, we felt very sad about it and wished we could have spent more time. We’re so glad we chose this place and met Mr. Tomoski and Mr. Brett. We are definitely planning to come and stay again soon, insallah 😊

The host was friendly and generally supportive during our stay, and communication was fine. However, there were several issues that should be mentioned. Before arrival, the host emphasized that guests should be responsible, clean after themselves, and leave the apartment in the same condition as received, which is completely reasonable. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was already dirty. The floors and bathroom were not clean, and the overall condition did not match the photos shown in the listing. During our week-long stay, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, which suggests this is an ongoing issue rather than a one-time oversight. There were additional notes in the kitchen stressing cleanliness, yet the apartment itself did not meet basic hygiene standards. Clean sheets, duvets, and towels were provided, which is appreciated, but these are standard essentials for any rental. We were not expecting hotel-level service, but clean floors and a properly cleaned bathroom are basic expectations regardless of price. The host also mentioned multiple times that the apartment is very cheap and that guests should not expect hotel standards. While the price was reasonable, cleanliness should not depend on cost. Overall, the stay was okay, and the host was friendly, but the apartment needs proper maintenance and regular cleaning to be brought back to the condition shown in the listing. Similar concerns have been mentioned by previous guests, so it appears this feedback has not yet been addressed. Improving cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, would significantly improve the experience.

Strongly recommend to stay here when in Skopje

The great service and hospitality of the owner Tomoski. Room very reasonable price. He arranged all the taxi transfers etc etc. The room in the apartment is clean, good heating system, clean toilet with hot water, full kitchen. It has great views of the city and the mountain. Central location and walking distance to all attractions. Definitely will stay here again when back to Skopje

Fantastic .

I’d like to thank the host of this accommodation because he is really great person, and the place is very close to the City center, so you can walk to everything. It’s a really nice spot with a beautiful view, and the host kindness was truly unexpected.I felt as if I had stayed at a relative’s home, because their behavior was so wonderful.I highly recommend it.

Great location near the main sights.

Mr Tomosky was welcoming and helpful with information and getting things sorted out for me. The apartment is centrally located near all the main sights.

The bathroom was quite dirty and I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. The bedroom wasn't clean either.

Highly Recommend

I stayed in a dedicated room on the 9th floor and absolutely loved it. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the city. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helped me with many things during my stay. I strongly recommend Central Rooms for anyone visiting!

Best place to stay when in Skopje

The host is a very nice person that likes to make sure you are comfortable with everything. He showed us a nice spot in the neighborhood for some nightlife, and also the place is very well located. The apartment was recently renewed, the room was spacious and the facilities had everything you might need.

It is located only 10 mins walking from the center. Our room was nice & clean. All the furniture were new. The owner is very friendly & he helped us a lot.

The only problem was the bathroom, which was dirty & very dusty. Should give more effort at that part because the rooms are very nice.

Хозяин квартиры-настоящий друг, замечательный человек, всегда и во всем поможет, подскажет. Было очень интересно с ним пообщаться (и понять, как е замечательные люди живут в Македонии). Район очень спокойный, я девушка и гуляла одна до 3 часов ночи- очень безопасно. До центра близко, до всех достопримечательностей я доходила пешком. Вид из квартира очень хорош (особенно на закате 😍). В квартире есть все необходимое, кто хочет, может готовить на кухне, большая и имеет все необходимое. Спасибо большое за отличный опыт! Я обязательно вернусь!

Super netter Gastgeber, hat uns bei allen möglichen Dingen geholfen. Hat uns eingeladen auf einen Kaffe und Bierchen. Sehr geselliger und kommunikativer Gastgeber. Unterkunft ist 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Einfach unglaublich zentral. Alles vorhanden, von klimanlage über Waschmaschine

La atención del anfitrión fue insuperable, desde ayudarme con un taxi desde el aeropuerto, esperarme con cena, invitarme a conocer amigos y sitios locales, hasta apoyarme con el préstamo de una tarjeta de transporte y hasta guardar mi equipaje mientras viajo a otra ciudad. Es un servicio que no me esperaba y que agradezco mucho, su simpatía vale mucho más que el valor del hostal. Mil gracias por hacerme sentir bienvenida

Ich empfehle dieses Zimmer nicht.

Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht freiwillig ausgezogen. Das Zimmer war stark abgenutzt: Zwei völlig unterschiedliche Betten, ein Sofa und merkwürdige, selbst zugeschnittene Bettwäsche. Das Tuch auf dem ersten Bett roch unangenehm und war verdreht – das Bett war offenbar mit der Innenseite des Betbezuges nach außen zugedeckt. Im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel in den Ecken auf dem Boden, der Duschkopf hing an einem Nagel, die Dusche war nur oberflächlich gereinigt – gelbliche Rückstände waren sichtbar. Die Toilettenbrille bewegte sich hin und her, Im Flur roch es nach Schimmel. Positiv: Der Inhaber war freundlich, die Lage okay, und ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Trotzdem: So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt – keine Empfehlung.
