I would say all amenities in the house are superb. Staff are amazing cheerful, helpful and lovely, easy to reach for emergence assistance. The house is full equipped with water, haters are working 24/7 no use restrictions. There is gas systems for cooking and heating and is closer to city centre where it easy to access public and private transport services. Internet connection is fast and available all the time. Common room and washrooms are of high standards giving you comfort when using the places. Generally, this is the best place I would recommend to any visitor to stay, whether is for single day stay on for couple of days like me who stayed for 17 days🥰.

Filthy. Messy. Dilapidated. Smelly 3 clothes horses with damp smelly washing in living room. All bedding damp and smelly. Kitchen filthy. Bathroom disgusting and in disrepair. 1 bed broke during night due to rotted out wood. Mould on walls and roof

it's fine if you just need somewhere to get your head down.

the location was good. it was easy to find. we had use of the kitchen, which was handy. especially to put my stuff in the fridge overnight. there was parking right outside, although i'm not sure you can park there during the week as it says permit holders only. i had to ring the owner, who registered my car. so not quite the simple free parking that they claim, but it did get sorted. 2 power sockets next to the bed.

the radiators didn't work. luckily it wasn't that cold that night but if it had have been then it wouldn't have been pleasant. there was some confusion when i arrived, as someone was in the room i was meant to have. however i rang the owner and he assigned me a bigger room instead. the bathroom was small and dingy.

Awful, I couldn’t wait to leave

It was like staying in someone’s house. Very uncomfortable/awkward. There is a family with a young child clearly living (not just staying for a few days) in one of the rooms and the ‘shared’ kitchen and bathroom is full of their stuff. Bedroom door had a Yale lock but looked like it had been jemmied in the past and was very flimsy. Felt insecure. Bathroom had black mould. No parking because it’s all permit, last minute arrangement for me to park at the car wash place at the end of the road. Again felt very insecure. No basic hotel type amenities such as bedside table or bedside light, no info sheet with wifi code etc. Refused to send proper written check in instructions in advance which did not fill me with confidence. I left before staying the second night as I couldn’t face another night there.

Just avoid...especially with kids.

Only one positive thing is good communication with Houston about gaining access. On the main photo he used totally different place!we stayed in old , dirty attached house in the middle of Leicester! No telly, dirty kitchen and bathroom! Urine stains on desk.. no light upstairs so I used phone torch. Kitchen was absolutely fithy. I came back after festival and someone upstairs was walking/noisy until 3.40am!! Then woke me and my little daughter at 8am again!!! As solo female parent i woke up and some man was sitting in the living room and I did not felt safe at all!! We quickly dressed up and left asap! I do not recommend this place , especially with young kids..this is just small shared house not b&b. This place should be under investigation..

Rip off merchants, who discriminate any other race apart from there own this hotel

Nothing wasn’t even allowed to enter property paid for 2 room and was told by very rude staff member that we couldn’t stay he never gave us a reason then he assaulted my ex friend we never got the money, was told if we was to come here again that he would kill me and my ex friend I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel as it isn’t fit for purpose and definitely isn’t safe for families

They lied about 'free parking' in the booking.com advert. The bathroom was dirty. I'm not sure the bed sheets were clean. There was no crockery or cutlery in the kitchen, so I couldn't prepare my dinner there. Thank goodness I only stayed 1 night!

We feel left down with fraud practise? Completely rotten no toilet in one room.Dirty,smelly and very poor condition.this place and person should be stopped giving wrong promises. I would like to contact this person and request to "Refund my Money" as our both Ladies refused to stay there. What i liked? Shameful, and must be responsible.kindly request to just refund my money.,as its not fair to be cheated and treated.

Some else had our room. Old newspaper left in the room (Wednesday) no milk or coffee. No TV anywhere. Dusty. No rubbish bin. Bed layout too tight to the wall. No contact with hoists. Bog too tight at end of bath. No latch on the bedroom door, just dead lock.

I would strongly advise anyone seeing this add to never step foot inside save your money

This property is a disgrace and shouldn't be sub letted to nobody I wouldn't leave a dog stay in it from the sewage pooring from guttering mold and dirt all through out the property people are being robbed health and hygiene will be contacted my poor dad has fallen poorly due to the descusting state of this property it needs a bulldozer to it

The guy sub letting let's anything and everything in the property that's what you call quick cash to stay in a dump!my dad's last stay was a man who may I add was also staying there was a druggy letting in prostitutes off the street who had stolen the properties tv to sell for drugs!not forgetting the used needles and tissue left around the property

Cheap & cheerful, somewhere to sleep

For me, the property was a good location, close to friends and family, the price also was good for a one night stay. There was good communication/information regarding on how to gain access into the property and which room I would be staying in, unfortunately however, after my stay I realised that I had left my coat in the room, I messaged the owner, but he didn’t seem interested, I had very little response from him and he failed to reply to my message’s, that was a real shame.

Joke of a stay im honestly at the point of being scammed got nothing close to what was advertised

Double booked my room and told me on the day even though I had check in instructions the week before. Was given alternative accommodation as was already in Leicester and was told on the morning of check in to a place clearly run by same ppl but was dirty, no en-suite even though I was told I’d be getting the same as my original booked room bathroom was dirty window broken and can’t close curtain rod half off the wall and was just a joke and have the cheek to be like no refunds once booked

Понравился в первую очередь сам хозяин Майкл, он очень любезный, и обьет размещения очень хорош, чистое и красивое постельное белье и полотенца и удобная кровать, есть кухня с посудой и плита, это важно, потому что можно приготовить еду дешевле, чем питаться в кафе или ресторане, туалет и ванна чистые, понравилось удобное месторасположение, рядом маркеты и рядом большой маркет Aldi, где продукты недорогие , автобусная остановка в трех минутах ходьбы, до центра Лестер 5 останоаок. Цена нормальная при бронировании недорого , и недалеко от цента Лестер. мы очень довольны, отлично и всегда будем сюда возвращаться. Спасибо Майклу!
