It really does feel like home but still with your privacy in your own room.. My room was decorated to a very high standard..The owners make you feel very welcome like part of the family when they pop In to keep the house clean.. Fully recommend here 10 out of 10

To be totally honest..nothing at all

Such a lovely big house with the freedom to relax out back & make food in the kitchen. Nice & quiet

It's a little out of the way, but nothing a resonable priced Uber can't fix. 😊

The place was really clean including the bathroom, it was quiet. Had a really good nights sleep. The bus stop is really close sadly no Sunday service. The local shop is not too far away either, if you’re looking for basic stuff. All in all a fantastic find, will use them again definitely.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

As much as I know it’s a house that you share with other people but I would have loved a kettle and a little fridge in the room so I didn’t have to get dressed to go down to make a brew

Your hosts couldn't have been any more helpful. Your hosts don't live on site but they're just a phone call and a few minutes away. Check-in and out is remote via keys in Lockers, the combination for your keys is given to you when your stay is due. The property is in a quiet part of Thurmaston, with many local facilities nearby. The Thurmaston Shopping Centre is about a mile away, so if you've forgotten something, Asda, Boots etc are not far away. The area has some local shops within easy walking distance, which cater well for your daily needs. There are also a number of local Take-Aways readily available. (Or McD's and Pizza Hut near Asda). The local Pub serves Sundays Lunches and meals each evening. Watermead Park is within walking distance, a great Local Nature Reserve. A lovely place for a quiet walk after a busy day. The property has a fully fitted kitchen with whatever you could need. Staying longer than a few days? There's even a washing machine available, with a two washing lines (One of them in a covered area, in case it's raining). Don't bother bringing a Iron, there's one here for you to use. The fully enclosed garden makes a great place to relax and unwind in. For a short stay or, a few days away, a lovely place to base yourself with easy access to Leicester and the surrounding Countryside. Free parking seals the deal. It's a real home from home.
