location general cleanliness of bathroom, toilet the proprietor lady was understanding, helpful

loud music/songs at the ground floor for a long time which made it hard to rest/sleep bed was not comfortable only 1 pillow charging point away from bed room needs a refurbishment as it is old and very basic
