The location was excellent, backing onto the beautiful New Walk which led into town. The staff were so friendly , helpful and made me feel very welcoming

Rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Room was ok a bit dated and breakfast was good.
Shower didn't work they did manage to fix it and in the morning the toilet wouldn't flush but no one about to fix this so a bit disappointing.
