SCAM. On dispute because he is trying to keep my deposit

AVOID THIS PLACE. At the beginning everything seemed fine. Then a problem with the hot water came up, Electricity wasn’t working. They said there was a leak ( there was no water at all in my bathroom) Apparently they sent someone to check and I asked if the electricity was back on because I needed it when I came back to the room , to which he responded: stop spamming me etc etc , I ONLY ASKED IF THE ELECTRICITY WAS BACK ON 😳. 7 days after I checked out and even tho the issue with the water and the electricity was never mentioned again, I texted him to claim my deposit back, to which out of the blue he responded that the leak was my fault ( because I had a shower) and the repairs had cost him over £300 so he will be keeping my deposit and he is asking me for an extra £200. SERIOUSLY, AVOID THIS PLACE , what was a 2 weeks holiday turned into a nightmare of bad vide, bad manners, and unlawful and fraudulent behaviour from the person that manages it

Awful

booked what was advertised as a Luxury Room with En-Suite, but the reality was completely different. When we arrived, we were moved to a completely different address and placed in a room with shared facilities nothing like what we booked or agreed to. The shared toilet was super dirty and the owner even said the cleaners hadn’t been in that day After complaining, we were moved again to the original building, but still not into the room we paid for. The conditions were extremely unhygienic and honestly shocking. Another guest was walking around wearing only a nappy, and the next morning there was faeces on the floors from this elderly guest who had been staying since February & should of been in a care home not here. This was a clear health and safety hazard and made us feel very unsafe. We left first thing the next morning because the situation was completely unacceptable. Despite all of this and providing evidence, we have received no refund and are currently £700 out of pocket for a stay that was not delivered, not safe, and not as described. This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this property until major improvements are made to cleanliness, honesty in advertising, and customer service.

Pleasant place

En-suite always a win for me! Parking can be hit and miss but euro car parking for £2 a day is a steal in all fairness so no issue!

Washing machine use is £5 per load ( I understand why you charge but it’ll put me off returning). Kitchen cleanliness could have been a lot better - stale food. The room for me was too small as I like some space but it was alright and I slept fairly well.

Super-duper stay.

Everything was exceptional. Host was very hospitable, approachable and cooperative. Place was super clean and routine cleaning of the kitchen was also there. Room was comfy and cosy. Definitely worth the money 👏

everything is great . property is recently refurbished. everything is brand new. host is always available if need anything. extended the stay few times. location is perfect as well. very well designed. definitely coming back ❤️
