P Druggies making noise and knocking my room all night on several occasions, demanding for me to let them in because they were claiming it was their room.

okay for one night if necessary

It wasn’t too expensive. Easy check in and check out. Offered kettle and mugs. Bed was comfortable.

The room did not feel clean, the bathroom was not clean and did not attempt to use shower as didn’t look right. The mugs weren’t adequately clean. The location is by a road so was extremely noisy during the night and hard to sleep. Although it was an inexpensive hotel, it didn’t meet basic cleanliness criteria.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Such a horrible experience, the carpet was dirty and smelled The toilet smelled, I could not shower, was afraid I would catch an infection. Never again!!

Comfortable, warm, on suite, great bed, peaceful and quiet.

The owner was really helpful taking my last minute booking after another Booking.com was cancelled on me last minute and left me stranded in the city with no accommodation and a concert to attend in the evening. The accommodation is in an area I have never stayed before and is a cultural gem loads of niche and plenty of places to eat. It is a budget stay and the price reflects accordingly I could not fault the stay comfortable, warm, on suite, great bed, peaceful and quiet. If you are prepared to stay a little out of the city this is a great short stay place.

I would have preferred a room off the ground floor, mainly for room security however as this was the last room avialable I was happy to that my stay was trouble free.

This property everything was so organised i mean the guy who hosted us was really kind and polite what ever is advertised u get that u get complimentary drinks. I had forgotten my keys in the room and i had to call this guy for keys at 2am . Such wonderful place to live in

Cheap, nice bed and sheets

Newly decorated big room. Nice bed and linen.

Ground floor next to front door so noisy with people coming and coming. There is a spotlight at the front door which shines in the room all night, they need black out curtains. We only got one towel, needs a bath Matt as floor very slippery. But very good value for money if they sort those few things out

The only thing good about the property was its location to the football stadium as we were there to see the lionesses however there were many dodgy characters around particularly first thing in the morning waiting to pick up drugs outside the church. The man that checked us in was lovely polite and helpful considering the man before me was rather rude to him. He brought us a bottle of water each and showed me where I could park.

Unfortunately the beds were extremely hard. The room was exceptionally hot, we had a fan (that was covered in dust that I had to clean before we could use it). The coffee cups weren’t clean and the pots of milk were all open and empty). The window sill desk and bedside table were dusty. The bathroom sadly was absolutely disgusting, I felt sick washing my hands and brushing my teeth over the sink…. We only had about 10 sheets of toilet paper on the roll (luckily took my own and cleaning products).

Terrible stay — dirty, uncomfortable, and completely disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. Nothing was clean—literally or figuratively. The place looked like it hadn’t been touched by a mop in months. Dust, grime, and an overall feeling of neglect were everywhere. Standards? Nonexistent. It felt like they weren’t even trying. Avoid it like the plague.

The room was disgusting. There were spiders on the ceiling, thick dirt and dust under the bed, and filthy, stained walls. The window blinds looked like they had never been cleaned. The entire place smelled awful, and the corridor had zero ventilation or freshness, just stale air and neglect. The worst part? The customer service. They were completely clueless and acted like they had no idea what was going on. No concern, no apology, nothing. I had to urgently book another place. Staying here would have been unbearable.

Manager was helpful,But he was in mists of renovation, I would not say I didn’t like it just needs finishing, It’s in a really good location very close to both football and rugby stadiums , good luck.

One of the other guests /residents was slamming the doors and screaming and smashing stuff up through the night, waking both myself and my husband up multiple times. The bathroom was filthy. The walls had black streeks of dirt running down them. The hallway stank of sweaty people and strong food.

To be avoided like the plague!

I had requested possibility of arriving late morning to drop off bag as I was going to wedding at 14.00. The reply was "Yea no problem" . The location was less than 30mins walk from the wedding venue. Location reasonably quiet.

When I arrived the greeting was unprofessional and ill informed but as I am a very friendly chatty person the man warmed up and realised that I had well asked for access in the morning and took me to the room.The tiny bathroom and state of the room and public area - disgusting! I couldn't bare to take a shower it was so cramped and dirty. A good 1mm of grease/dirt on the communal handrails (I scratched with my nail to see if it was grime or just worn but it came away, ie GRIME!). Wall paper hanging off walls, tv on table while system for hanging it on wall was still in place as an ugly "decoration". Lock on door barely secure and damage around it on both sides of the door showed that someone had presumably broken it in past. Hole in door of bathroom. No bedside light. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up while I was seated on it so kept falling on my back. Thin worn carpets throughout. Overall impression totally dilapidated and lack of concern for presentation.

Dirty and Unsafe

The member of staff who greeted me was very friendly.

Firstly the lobby smelled strongly of stale cigarettes.which also affected the room I was given. The room itself was not at all acceptable for the price I paid. There was mould all over the bathroom, the bathroom door would not shut properly as it jammed. The tap was constantly loudly dripping so I had to put a glass underneath it to try and stop the noise. The floor in the bathroom had also not been cleaned and was sticky with footprints all over it. The door to the room was barely secure and could easily have been broken in to. The furniture was shabby , the curtains didn't shit properly and the windowsills were dirty and covered in dust and spiderwebs.

Being so dirty, this is probably the most dreadful place I’ve ever stayed at.

There really wasn’t anything to like about this dismal hotel. The man at reception was helpful which is the only positive comment I can make.

The hotel is extremely filthy. Everything feels sticky and unclean. The bathrooms have broken fittings and are dreadful.

the location was very good and on small distance there food shops also bus stations

first of all there providing that you know shared bathroom. Secondly it’s a it’s a small house but it is a bunch of prawns. You got able to find your room you know and it’s very congested and most of the time you know you have to wait if you want to go to the bathroom you have to wait for to 3 minutes because someone is going to the bathroom. This is quite I don’t like about this property.
