It's easy to access from the M1.
Access to City Centre is good either by bus or foot.
It's clean & breakfast is good with adequate choices.
Guests come & go as they please.
The hostess & staff are friendly and helpful.
There is free WiFi.
There is a hot drinks tray in the room with tea, coffee, & milk.
Very nice shower & good size bathroom.
Given that the price includes breakfast it's very reasonable.
It's on a busy road so traffic can be noisy at night.
The beds are not very comfortable, nor are the pillows.
Towels were on the skimpy side.
The TV aerial is not actually connected.
Although WiFi is free it's not a good connection. We used an iPad & personal WiFi.
Coffee sachets were limited to two a day (though more may be available if requested).
Rooms are very small with little space to put anything. No drawers just a small hanging area.

Very friendly welcome. Super comfortable beds, hot shower, very clean. Ample choice at breakfast, and the host was often topping up with more eggs, bacon etc. Good location for transport if ypu just wanted to leave your car.
Nothing, although breakfast available from 7 to 8.10am only, might be inconvenient for some guests.

Good location for access to motorways or city or university. Free parking right outside. Rooms adequate and clean, nice bathroom.
A bit noisy with slamming doors, and being right on a busy road. Double glazing was effective to reduce noise but on a hot night we really needed the window open. Breakfast a little disappointing.
