The property is in a perfect location, immaculately clean and everything seemed like it was brand new. It is really lovely. The hosts could not have been nicer or more friendly and helpful. A lovely couple with a fantastic property.

Three Kings Inn - Cullen

Perfect location for coastal walking. Accommodation was spotless and even had a drying room for boots and waterproofs. Accommodation was comfortable and warm.

A great break seeing friends in the area. Quiet location but near places to eat and the beach.

The location - near shops, hotels for food and public transport. We were very near the beach and enjoyed lovely walks. The house was immaculate and the attention to detail great. This is the best self-catering place I've stayed in and everything was available in the kitchen including a lovely welcome pack.

We had a wonderful time. Weather exceptional. Accommodation was just wonderful.

I loved the location. Beautiful peaceful and some wonderful walks. Our accommodation was beautiful. Not too far from the front which we walked every day. The place is so well outplayed. Beautifully clean. Has everything and more you need for a stay. Beds so comfortable. Shower lovely and hot. Owners a lovely couple who were very helpful. Wool almost certainly go back there and shall be telling my friends. The amount we paid it was excellent.

Self catering stay. Every description stating rooms, facilities and contents were accurate. All equipment supplied for self catering was as new. Furniture was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable base from which to explore Cullen and surrounds. Recommended.

The apartment had everything we needed and some of the bedrooms looked out on a peaceful garden. It was quiet but very near everything. Parking was very easy outside the apartment. Cullen is amazing and there was so much to see and do nearby so it was a great place to base ourselves. Mark and Diana could not have done more for us.

Can’t wait to one

We loved the three kings inn. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental apartment. Diana was lovely and left us some kitchen basics that were very-much appreciated upon our arrival. Of our 2-week travel in England and Scotland, this is the onot place we wished we could’ve stayed longer in—because of the village and also the Inn!

Great, would stay again.

Great location, great property, great hosts, rooms were much larger and nicer than appear in the photos, we were given access to garden to hang out wetsuits and swimming gear, could park right outside. Suited our purposes perfectly. Only comment is the kitchen is probably a little bit cosy if you were 6 adults rather than 2 adults and 4 children but it was otherwise great for our purposes. Would stay again and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and beautifully presented. Nice touches like milk, coffee etc on arrival.

The owners can’t do anything about this but the lounge was a little small for all guests to sit in. However, it was a beautiful weekend so we sat out in the amazing garden and just had the best time!

Just great down to cottage, hosts and brilliant weather

Diane and Mark the hosts were so friendly and helpful from check in through to departure. The accommodation was lovely very comfortable and clean. a very well equipped cottage. there was also a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated. separate laundry room which was great especially with young children. Ideal location - grocery shop very nearby so was harbour, beach and main street. Cullen is a lovely town and we visit it regularly. I would recommend The Three Kings as you can see by my rating.

Maybe slightly easier access to the large garden with lovely seating areas and large drying green but really just being picky with that.

The apartment was stunning. Clearly a very high standard. Great value for money for a group/family. Mark, the owner, left us the essentials like bread and milk to kick start us when we arrived. Will definitely return.

A clean, comfortable stay in a lovely location with great access to countryside and wildlife

The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with attention to detail in every room. Its a spacious property with clearly defined areas. The owners have made a real effort to provide all the little details that you need from self catering accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent property and wonderful hosts

Diana and Mark were superb hosts and live next door. The accommodation on a quiet street has been renovated recently and the facilities are brand new. We were four cyclists (friends) and there was plenty of space in the property. All bedrooms are upstairs and we all slept well in very comfortable beds. The 3 bathrooms all had showers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge was great to watch TV or chill. Large garden at rear of the property had a BBQ and seating area which has sunshine throughout the day. There was a covered area leaning on to the house at the back where we stored the bikes. Excellent Rockpool Cafe/restaurant 2mins walk away. The Royal Oak Hotel did excellent Steak pie, and fish and chips. We will definitely return to this property.

The perfect house for a family getaway, right on the sea!

Everything! The location is amazing - so close to the centre, shops, restaurants, the beach, a lovely deli . . . Could not fault the location at all. The house itself is very well presented and very clean. It was plenty big enough for a family of four, with a bathroom and two en suites, plus two toilets downstairs. It has a lovely big garden as well. The house was well stocked and we felt very comfortable there. The beds were very comfortable too - great sleeps were had after days of fresh sea air!

Personally, as adults, we could not fault the property! Our children took a little getting used to the fire safety doors but then soon realised it almost had a hotel feel to it!

A great stay at the Three Kings, Diana and her family were incredibly welcoming and really kind with us and our amended arrival times. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need. Fabulous location with easy access to the beach and to the shops for supplies!

Wir waren sehr begeistert. Alles neu und komfortabel. Die Zimmer hatten sogar ein eigenes Bad mit WC. Sehr nette Besitzer sehr bemüht. Wirklich eine Unterkunft die wir auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen können und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Drum herum hat man das Meer was man sieht, einfach klasse.👍🏻
