Provided everything it said it would, in a lovely village.

Location ideal for able bodied people. Needed to be able to manage the steps down from the road, or walk on level from the Royal Oak up to the cottage. We were able to easily access the Coast. Good food at local pub.

No toilet downstairs, so used the upstairs bedroom rather than the downstairs one, we had planned to. Our fault for not reading details better.

Perfect seaside cottage in Cullen.

The cottage was welcoming and homely with all that was needed and more for the stay. There is a seaside, nautical theme throughout and the bedrooms particularly comfortable. The rear patio is ideal for sitting in the evening. The beach is only a short walk away and the location perfect My grandson learned to play chess on the board supplied.

The only thing I can think of is that I couldn't master the microwave/grill!

The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for a family of 6 (we were 4 adults 2 children). The location is great, central Cullen within walking distance of shops and the beach. Lovely coastal walks from the house. Bedrooms very comfortable and all equipment you need in the kitchen.

Owner's attitude when i called to report that the shower was broken! Lack of wardrobes No shoe storage in entrance Drying green poor Dirty windows inside, dirt in the kitchen on top of the oven, cutlery drawer dirty Towels smelled and had to be washed before use. Towels small and worn. Good luck if 8 guests stay as only one bathroom

Great stay

Gorgeous house, really spacious and comfy. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and dishwasher, spacious backyard and front yard. Pretty large bedrooms with comfy beds. Great amount of towels in various sizes, well exceding our needs. Very clean. Quiet regardless being next to busy road. Walking distance to the pub, shops and takeaways, very close to the beach. Perfect place for hikers. It is impossible to park on the front of the house, parking is possible either little further on busy road or near the port. We took second option, it felt safer. We were informed about the parking situation beforehand, and it wasn't an issue for us. Good contact with the host.

Beds were very comfy, location was perfect for us. Lovely decor in the rooms and nice outside space to relax in. Cottage was super clean, met the cleaner on check out, lovely lady and a credit to the property.

Great hot tub holiday under the stars.

Lovely spacious house. Plenty room comfortable and warm. All mod cons. Extra towels. Good shower lovely hot tub secluded. Plenty storage. Close to local amenities. Close to beach.

The house was spotlessly clean and really cosy. It had everything we needed. It was also in a great location as it was only a short walk to the beach and coastal walks. We would go back again.
