Quaint little cottage in a beautiful hillside location

Clean and lacking nothing. Beautiful location in a lovely Highland village. Owners are amazing and very helpful. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Perfect location for visiting distilleries.

The hot tub is an added bonus. Location is great, very close to the town and easy to travel to the distilleries.

It was quite small, and we also felt the beds were somewhat too small and soft.

The location of the hillside cabins was amazing. The views, the quietness of the area, the way the cabins are set up. So cozy and inviting. A MUST place to stay and will be back for sure!

Amazing.

The road leading to the pods was covered in snow and ice on our arrival and my car struggled to reach our designated parking slot. The owner and his brother in law were out in a matter of minutes to help push the car to a safe place. My wife was then driven to our pod by the owner in his 4x4 as I unpacked our car. Our hot tub was fired up ready for our arrival and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Pods had everything required for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hut, stunning location & an easy walk into village

Such a beautiful hut, set in a stunning location and an easy 20min walk into the village. I honestly can’t recommend it enough and the owner was so lovely and even drove over two bags of firewood one night so we could sit outside.

Perhaps most impressive was the planning which had obviously gone into this small group of pods. As far as we could tell everything that could have been thought of had been. The pod was immaculately clean when we arrived and was easy to keep so. There is obviously a limited amount of space in a pod and with two dogs you need to be organised. We’re used to our VW camper which helped. We always travel with a dog crate which keeps our pets off the furniture (unlike at home). That having been said this was as far away from the type of camping we know as you could get. One word suffices. Luxurious.

Everything was just great! Lovely quiet location, everything you need to be comfortable in the pod which was very clean and surprisingly spacious with good size bed. Wood fired hot tub and private garden were great and made our weekend really relaxing.

Was so relaxing from the minute we arrived to leaving. Beautiful location, stunning pods with everything you need for a break. Even taking our dogs wasn't an issue.

It was ideal for the centre of Scotland as I was working in various locations around there. The pod was excellent like a home from home I would of liked to thank the owners in person but due to the weather and being busy with work I didn't get the opportunity so thank you. The weather could of been better but dont think thats down to the owners :), The place is excellent and will look to stay again.

The weather, being picky the drive up to the pods and gate access is tight for long cars.

had just come back from an amazing 2 nights away this place is great nice and relaxing and peaceful the hosts are great are there for anything you need and the little town just a short walk has some amazing food places especially the Indian what was recommended to us by the host hopefully be back again in future 😀

Lovely holiday Pod

Lovely little pod. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Owners very friendly. Couldnt do enough to help. Bed very comfortable. Full size fridge with small freezer compartment. Lots of cutlery, utensils, plates and glasses etc. Garden area clean and tidy. Garden furniture stylish. Place next to the pod to walk the dog. Would definitely go back.

The comfort of the pod, location and privacy of the garden area which you can chose to close the gate or not. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and have put a lot of thought into the site. We had great weather but even if it had rained, the pod is adequate for indoor games, tv and eating.

There is nothing we didn't like it was perfect. If we could suggest something it would maybe be a childrens play area of some kind to bring the kids on site together. Maybe a small treehouse/swing set sort of thing at the landscaped area for them to hang out.

Honestly amazing!

Never stayed anywhere so spotless, the pods were so cosy and pretty! We felt so welcomed when we arrived! Derek was so helpful with the hot tub as we had never used a log burner before. Couldn’t recommend anymore! Both Derek and Eleanor had very fast and helpful replies to all my questions i needed answering!
