Frustrating experience to start getting in so late at night with no one to help nothing is nearby so you have to drive

Private room and quiet

Parking. After hours check in directions wernt clear and couldn’t contact anyone. The emergency guy hung up when called and sent text then didn’t respond. Keys were horrible to use to lock yourself in. No one was able to help us get into bldg or garage. Plus I don’t speak French and didn’t understand directions from speaker.

No aircon and it gets super hot and sticky in the room with no chance to air it out properly as bed is in the window facing the street and no curtains. Not really a the reception or staff there.

Looks Cute But...

The decoration was great. Cute little Apart.

The bed was not comfy. They didn't change the dirty towels in 6 days. No housekeeping and staff were struggling to answer questions in english. Also it was quite a walk to the metro station 1 km apox. And breakfast was 7-9 am it's not easy to wake up considering I'm on vacation.

Great stay – modern room and cozy bed, but breakfast could be improved

I had a great stay at this hotel, even though it’s actually a student residence – that didn’t bother me at all. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the cozy bed right by the window – a perfect spot to relax.

The only downside was the breakfast. It was extremely basic, which was a bit disappointing. Personally, I would prefer to pay an extra €10–20 per night for a more generous breakfast with more variety and fresh options. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a modern and quiet room!

Way better than we expected.

The room was great. The bed is on a platform next to a window, so you can take in Paris and Seine even while lounging in bed. Bathroom cosmetics were also good quality and smelled nice. The room had all the amenities we needed. Location was also great! We could get everywhere quickly and at low cost using taxis, but without the noise of being right in the center. Reception staff was also super friendly and helpful

Cleaning staff - given the once every three days cleaning schedule, our room should have been cleaned at least 3 times during our stay, it was only cleaned twice, the third time the cleaning lady just said „no” to cleaning and changing towels, so we only got her to take out garbage.

Ottima scelta

È il posto perfetto per visitare Parigi risparmiando sull'alloggio, ma senza rinunciare al comfort. La struttura è nuova e le stanze sono molto carine e confortevoli, complete di tutto l'essenziale. Anche le zone comuni sono molto carine, ci sono le macchinette per il caffè e c'è una pasticceria con deliziose brioche per la colazione molto vicina. È fuori dal centro, ma in un bel quartiere, camminando 10 minuti si raggiunge la stazione della metro e in 5 la fermata dell'autobus, quindi ci siamo trovati benissimo lo stesso.

Muy bien pero con un sabor de boca algo agridulce

Todo, en general está muy bien

La única pega es que al ser una residencia de estudiantes, ya que tambien alojan a personas de fuera, debería tener mas control por los encargados el fin de semana (ya que hacen macrofiestas en el jardín y la zona común interior y no solo los residentes sino muchisima mas gente). Se escuchaba la musica a volúmenes descomunales el sabado a las 2 de la mañana, golpes y muchisimo jaleo en el jardín trasero. Al estar alojados nosotros en un primero, nuestra ventana daba justo donde estaban liandola, era imposible pegar ojo y evadir tantisimo ruido. Por lo demás el alojamiento esta genial.

Top, j'y retourne dès la semaine prochaine

Emplacement assez bien desservi par le transilien et par le métro, même s'il faut prévoir un peu de marche pour rejoindre la résidence J'ai beaucoup aimé le bâtiment très récent, comme tout le reste du quartier qui émerge depuis quelques années. L'aménagement intérieur est très bien conçu et parfaitement optimisé. Pour y passer quelques nuit lors d'un déplacement, c'est idéal, et bien mieux que l'hôtel.

Pour l'instant tous mes séjours se sont bien passés car il faisait beau. En revanche l'arrêt du Transilien est suffisamment éloigné pour prendre une bonne douche en cas de pluie Ne prévoyez pas non plus de préparer un grand repas pour le soir, les équipements de cuisine sont assez sommaires

J'ai reçu beaucoup de message avant mon arrivée mais le code pour récupérer les clefs était "noyé" au milieu. Comme je suis arrivée en dehors des heures d'ouverture de l'accueil, j'ai du téléphoner à l'astreinte.

O sistema de check-in autónomo não funcionou

Viajei com uma amiga e o quarto tinha uma dimensão confortável, com casa de banho e uma grande janela com vista para o rio.

Em termos da localização, situa-se numa zona residencial fora do centro de Paris por isso demorávamos 30/45 minutos, mais ou menos, a chegar aos pontos principais. O sistema de check-in autónomo não funcionou. Chegámos de noite e o código que o local nos tinha dado era incorreto e, por isso, não conseguíamos retirar as chaves do nosso quarto. Para além disso, o número de emergência não respondeu às nossas várias tentativas de contacto. Esperámos algumas horas até que um rapaz que vivia na residência contactou um membro do staff diretamente. Uma situação muito desagradável. No entanto, quando comuniquei à recepção no dia seguinte, fizeram reembolso através do Booking.

als basis voor ons verblijf met auto en meegebrachte fietsen was het prima, van hieruit konden we gemakkelijk de stad in.

te weinig handdoeken, we hebben zelf gevraagd om wisseling ervan en voor schoonmaak. Verder viel op dat bij de kastjes boven de keuken/aanrecht, er scherpe randen zitten i.p.v. rond, dat is op zijn zachtst gezegd niet fijn om je hoofd tegenaan te stoten, wat ook gebeurd is. De lift zelf is snel in omhoog en laag gaan, waarom het zolang duurt voordat dan de deuren opengaan is ons een raadsel, zelfs voor een bejaardenhuis te langzaam!

Gutes Hotel für eine Städtereisen nach Paris

Super einfache Handhabung, super Ausstattung. Man hat ein Kochfeld, eine Microwelle, einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Außerdem ist es gut gelegen, nah am ÖPNV. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Rundum zufrieden

Die Handtücher haben nicht sonderlich sauber gerochen, das war weniger schön... Das Publikum sehr jung, viele Studenten (uns hat es nicht gestört, es war trotzdem sehr leise!)

Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek

Nagyon felszerelt és modern volt, ilyen árban hasonló kategóriájú szállást nem igazán lehet találni. Volt minden amire szükségünk volt. A konyha rész is felszerelt, kaptunk még 2 kávékapszulát is a kávéfőzőhöz, a fürdő is, meg hajszarito is volt.
