It was a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious, which is quite rare to find in Paris. The common areas are air-conditioned. From the top floor, you can enjoy a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. There is also a kitchen and vending machines on the ground floor. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth the price. The staff were also very friendly, polite, and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The main change is to clearly distinguish the difficult garage entrance from the easy parking once inside. First, the parking was a nightmare. We booked parking for two nights and arrived on Saturday at around 15:30. We were not given the access code to open the garage gate, and there was no staff available. We had to contact the emergency number via WhatsApp, but the person on the other end did not speak English. After communicating through Google Translate, we finally received the gate code. The problem was not parking inside the garageit was getting into it. The entrance was only just wide enough for our Volvo XC60, and there was very little space to manoeuvre before entering. We almost made it several times, but the garage door kept closing before we could get in. I had to reverse quickly because the door did not detect the car and reopen automatically. Instead, it appeared to operate on a timer. After several attempts, we finally got the car inside. Once we were in the garage, parking itself was straightforward. We then tried to take the lift from the underground garage to the ground floor, only to discover that it requires a key with a sensor to operate. That made no sense because new guests do not have the key yet. We used the stairs instead, but the door to the ground floor was jammed. We called the emergency contact several times. After repeatedly trying the door ourselves, it eventually opened. There was no staff available to help, even though it was only Saturday afternoon. The first 20 minutes were extremely frustrating. Once we got inside, everything went smoothly. We collected the keys from the key box without any issues. There was no air conditioning, so sleeping was difficult during the heat. A fan was provided, which helped. I don’t blame the residence for the hot weather, but the design of the underground garage entrance is very poor. If you have a large or long car, I would recommend choosing a different place to stay.

I liked how clean and new, and modern room was, i liked how easy and close metro station was, and area seem to be very safe.

Air conditioning was really missing in the room, bed were really hard my sholders hurt, and also not enough pillows.
