This was a wonderful surprise. We were looking for something affordable and not too hard to get to from Orly where we could cook dinner in the room to make a more economical trip. The neighborhood is very clean and has lovely art deco architecture and plenty of nice bakeries and little cafes and groceries. The train to Sant Lazare is a very easy walk away and you’re down in Paris in no time. The room was very comfortable with great hot showers and a lovely courtyard. We were glad to stay.

This hotel is true Gem in París… The area is quiet and nice, this is a studio like hotel with a small electric with a kitchen and a small refrigerator. The room and bathroom is very clean! We have a great time in here… Gracias !

A lovely stay. We will definitely be staying here whenever we find ourselves in Paris. We were on an interrailing trip around Europe and our best stay was here. My FitBit shows that I had my best night's sleeps out of everywhere we stayed during our trip! We'll definitely be back. I loved the rooms, which provided everything we needed, the beds were super comfy, and having a kitchen, launderette, a gym and vending machine meant we always had what we needed at hand. A thousand times better than a standard hotel room.

Great location, nice neighborhood, several grocery stores and open air market around, close to multiple forms of public transportation, you can walk to Parisian neighborhoods, nice views of the Seine nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here!

Decent size apartments hotel, clean, I opted for room only. Receptionist was helpful got checked in a bit earlier. Room was spacious enough, with kitchenette and separate bathroom & toilets. Patisseries nearby to grab breakfast. Travel time 30 -35 minutes train ride to centre of Paris. **Travelling after midnight be prepared to journey part bus or Uber. Trains not too reliable after hours. Negative Reflection: I stayed in June 2025 when Paris had their heatwave and my only negative reflection was inadequate provision for coolant, the room was exceptionally hot the fan provided couldn't do the job so unbearable to sleep. Maybe having alternative might help Air Conditioning Overall

The room came just as I expected, but having no AC wasn't ideal when the temperature reached 33 degrees. As I had to keep the window open, I got many mosquito bites and a constant smoky smell from the smoking area right below my room. I didn't manage to sleep well enough two nights in a row, so I had to leave earlier than my original checkout date. I had no refund or compensation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The family apartment works well for our family and was as described. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings in Asnieres with easy transport to Paris for sightseeing during the day. The only issue was the cleanliness could have been better. We arrived for check in at 3pm earlier than expected so perhaps it was rushed. There was mouldy cucumber in the fridge, used towels in the vanity drawers and the carpet could have used a vacuum. All in how we we would book here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The bus and metro was within walking distance as were several stores and restaurants. There was the ability to do laundry here and the rooms were spacious and had a mini kitchen. The only downside was there was not elevator so to get to the rooms we needed to climb a couple flights of stairs with luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a quaint place to stay and was very reasonably priced. We appreciated the friendly receptionist. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. We had a courtyard view, which helped keep the room bright. The things that were challenging were the very small lift to the room, which held only two people and our bathroom was very small with a challenging tub and shower set-up. The glass did not cover the full area so water ran onto the floor and it was very slippery to step out. Also, the average Uber ride was $30-35 to get to the main sights of Paris.

Property met all requirements. Kitchen/hob was practical. All facilities nearby (supermarket, including organic/health options), mix of local basic restuarants. 10min walk to RER train station. Alittle out of paris, so normally need to swap lines, but paris is so big, you probably need to that in most locations.

The property was outside the main centre of Paris but was easy to get to using the train system. Really pretty area and hotel was clean and tidy. It is compact but great value for money. Would definitely stay here again as so easy to get to from Gare de Lyon.

We loved this hotel! The location is close to the train station which gets you into Paris City Center(Galeries Layfette) within 10 minutes. We had a panoramic view of the Eiffle Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Sac cre Cur. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The kitchen was handy and the bed was comfy. We would stay here again!
