It felt like I was paying just to have a room, nothing more.

I only liked the location of the hotel.

The room cleanliness was not as expected; the trash bins had not been emptied, and the description didn’t mention that there was no air conditioner. The price was too high for the level of service provided. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pour le prix honnêtement c'était super. Proximité avec les transports en commun pour le RER notamment, appartement très propre et spacieux. Et il y avait même la vue sur la Tour Eiffel !

La pire expérience !!! Et avec le mépris !!!!

Je suis tellement déçue qu'il m'est difficile de voir la sortie de cet hôtel comme ce que je préfère

Tout. La surface insuffisante avec un fauteuil électrique. On ne circulait plus. La chambre était juste devant la réception et l'entrée. La fenêtre donnait sur la cour intérieure pour le passage vers l'autre bâtiment.Donc du bruit de 6h du matin à plus de minuit. Pas insonorisé, on entendait les talons des hôtes du dessus. La salle de bain faisait caisse de résonance avec les escaliers en bois et l'ascenseur. On entendait les rires, les éternuements, tout!!! Pas de possibilité d'être dans l'obscurité car cour intérieure éclairée toute la nuit et pots de fleurs devant les volets. Pas de possibilité d'aérer dans la journée dans ces conditions puisque les gens étaient à la hauteur des fenêtres. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains. Si on laissait la porte ouverte, la vapeur de la douche déclenchait l'alarme incendie. Pas de changement de serviettes gratuits pendant le séjour alors que cela reste un hôtel !!!! La porte de la salle d'eau se fermait mal. Nous avions à l'origine réservé pour une chambre au 6eme étage avec vue sur ville car ascenseur handicapé écrit. Or il est trop petit. Et pour avoir une chambre il fallait payer 45€ de plus. Des conditions terribles avec un supplément !!!! En plus quand on s'est plaint, la responsable était méprisante!!!!!!

Lo localización es buena, parece segura aunque está lejos del centro. Lo bueno es que el tren está al lado.

Nos hizo en falta un microondas. La habitación podría ser un poco más grande porque si quieres abrir la ventana tienes que mover la mesa.

Difficile de trouver des points positifs quand on est venu pour se reposer et que l’on a presque pas réussi à dormir.

Je pense malheureusement avoir eu la pire chambre. Au rez de chaussée, à deux pas de la réception et de la grande porte d’entrée métallique qui claque toute les 10mn environ, à côté des escaliers menant aux étages, ma fenêtre de chambre qui donne vue sur le coin fumeur, le distributeur et le passage aux autres chambres, donc aucune intimité, et bruits sans cesse. Je voyais même les gens regarder à ma fenêtre quand les rideaux bougeait, aucune discrétion. Le prix des aller et venues et constants, impossible de dormir correctement sans être réveillée. De plus, j’ai payée pour un BALCON, qui était bien précisé, pour LA chambre sélectionnée. Une fois arrivée on me dis que ce sont que les catégories au dessus. Malgré que j’ai montrée ma réservation qui stipule bien que la chambre que j’ai payée contient un balcon. Les annonces sont mensongères. Ne vaut pas son prix, surtout pour une résidence qui n’est même pas dans Paris et à 10mn à pied du métro… je ne recommande pas. Et évitez à tout prix la chambre du bas, c’est infernale. Le personnel était tellement gentil L’endroit est vraiment beau et très calme Ma chambre était magnifique le lit est HYPER confortable. La salle de bain était propre La petite cuisine aussi En fait tout était parfait Il y a des endroits où manger à proximité Bref rien à dire tout était 100/10

Calidad precio muy contento

Relación calidad precio esta bastante bien, venia de otro lugar que me dieron problemas con mi reserva y nos dejaron tirados, pero en este hotel me solucionaron fácilmente y rápido, me encanto quedarme en este Hotel. Con algo de vistas a la Torre Eiffel, estoy contento con el lugar que escogí. Y bien ubicado con el Tren a un par de calles o buses.

Très bien

Appartement très propre , très bien équipé, très bon matelas, salle de bain et toilettes séparées, très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel et hôtesse d'accueil très souriants et sympathiques. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de place de parking prévu nous nous sommes garés sans problème à quelques pas de l'hôtel

Ascenseur en panne alors que nous étions logés au 4 ieme étage
