The place is a calm sanctuary where you can switch devices off and enjoy the space. This is on the other side of the bypass which there are many more local shops and food around. Arik was welcoming and accomodating. Cleaning was every 3 days and flexible with times.
It is a bit noisy as it’s close to the bypass and you hear the cars go by. Wish there was a fan in the kitchen as there’s a lack of a breeze at times. Lastly the location wasn’t great to cross the bypass to get to the beach. I was fine with it as I go for morning walks but this would be hazardous if you have children and don’t want to call a grab every time

It is a cozy villa along the quieter street. We enjoyed lazing around the private pool. Walking distance to nearby supermarket and restaurant. Grab Food delivery team has no problem locating the villa. Villa management is very friendly and responsive. All questions answered promptly. We enjoyed staying in the villa.
None. Walking distance to the nearest Sanur beach. Better to take a cab if traveling with young children as crossing the main roads is challenging.

Easy check in and warmly greeted. The beds were comfortable and a variety of pillows available. The bedrooms were roomy.
Kitchen and bathrooms dated and need refurbishing. Close to the road so could hear traffic noise.

Beautiful Villa. Pool was great. Lovely, comfortable place. Rooms were beautiful. Host was so friendly and accommodating.
A bit of a walk to restaurants and beach but made easy using Grab to get around.
