Villa Julia

A great place to stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms and large, comfortable beds. The towels and bed linen were fresh and very clean, and the whole property was neat and tidy. Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which we really appreciated.

The kitchen could benefit from a deep clean. The tops of the cupboards and shelves were quite dusty, and the bins could also do with a thorough clean. Our host was extremely welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. However, he did let himself into the garden area without letting us know beforehand, which felt a little uncomfortable. He came to tidy the garden or perform a Hindu ritual, which we didn't mind, but we feel guests should be informed or asked in advance before anyone enters the property during their stay.

We were collected by our lovely host Kadek who was an amazing help and point of contact for our stay. The villa was wonderful and the hosts arranged a pool fence for our stay (we have a toddler) The rooms were huge & well appointed with lovely big bathrooms and smart TVs. The beds were super comfortable and all linens and towels were always clean and fresh. The villa was cleaned daily at a time that was suitable for us. The kitchen had everything you could need (although we didn’t use it & prefered to visit restaurants) The villa is located in a more local area and about 1.5km from the main part of Sanur but is easily reached by car or scooter. It was quiet and a nice little hidden gem! We had a great time & would definitely recommend Villa Julia!
