The villa has a great layout with three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering excellent privacy, as well as a comfortable central living area. Once the initial issues were resolved, the villa was enjoyable to stay in and offered good value for a three-bedroom property. The filtered water system was extremely useful, the fridge was a good size, and the housekeeper worked hard to keep the villa feeling clean and fresh. The location is central, with a large supermarket, laundromats, money exchange, gym and other amenities close by, and the nearby warung staff were friendly.

The first few days were impacted by issues with water pressure, loss of hot water for over a day, and intermittent power supply problems. Communication was sometimes difficult as the housekeeper doesn’t speak English, though Google Translate helped. The listing states daily housekeeping, however this did not occur every day. The villa is not as new as it appears in the photos and could benefit from maintenance, with some visible mould in the bathrooms. There is only one safe for a three-bedroom villa, and the busy warung behind the property often resulted in motorbikes blocking the only exit.

3 separate rooms with amenities including smart TVs in each room suited our needs perfectly. Once your aware and adjust for below discomforts, it was a great stay.

Its a little run down, needed to use suitcases and pot plants to stop the doors from opening and letting bugs in at night. The lounge was only two seats so could not sit together. Only 3 breakfast stools, so weren't able to eat meals together or sit on the stools for long periods of time, even with towels they were very uncomfortable. Only other thing is to keep an eye on the power meeting to ensure it is topped up, something I wasn't aware we needed to and was quickly resolved
