A good-value villa in a convenient location with a great layout, but the stay was somewhat affected by initial maintenan

The villa has a great layout with three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering excellent privacy, as well as a comfortable central living area. Once the initial issues were resolved, the villa was enjoyable to stay in and offered good value for a three-bedroom property. The filtered water system was extremely useful, the fridge was a good size, and the housekeeper worked hard to keep the villa feeling clean and fresh. The location is central, with a large supermarket, laundromats, money exchange, gym and other amenities close by, and the nearby warung staff were friendly.

The first few days were impacted by issues with water pressure, loss of hot water for over a day, and intermittent power supply problems. Communication was sometimes difficult as the housekeeper doesn’t speak English, though Google Translate helped. The listing states daily housekeeping, however this did not occur every day. The villa is not as new as it appears in the photos and could benefit from maintenance, with some visible mould in the bathrooms. There is only one safe for a three-bedroom villa, and the busy warung behind the property often resulted in motorbikes blocking the only exit.

Great experience and would recommend to a group stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! We travelled as a group of 3 and we loved having a room & bathroom each. I’m very used to staying in the heart of areas where restaurants, laundries & markets are within walking distance so was a different experience not being amongst the “hustle & bustle”. We had to just gojek to the heart of Legian to find spas, laundry & shopping. Was about 8 minute go jek ride & 10 minute walk to Bintang supermarket. Overall, a very positive experience. Cleaners were good & staff were easy to communicate with via booking.com!

The tiles are very slippery when you get out of the pool. Was a little confusing finding the villa, it’s on a quiet road and down a little alleyway, but once we found it, it was easy. Lots of mosquitos but that’s Bali for you, we just had to buy one of the plugs from mini mart and Sofitel spray.

Rather disappointing.

This villa would be ideal for 3 couples who want to day trip each day. Not for a family as we were assured it could accommodate.

This villa is not in Seminyak as advertised, but in an older part of Legian. Our driver could not find it based on the address given and had to find it through booking.com to determine where it was. He also advised us not to walk around the area at night and to lock ourselves into the villa. It was a good 15-20 minute walk to anything. There were only 3 bar stools to sit on and a 2 seat cane lounge. Only 2 coffee cups - we couldn't even all have a cuppa together. It needs a good deep clean - mould in bathrooms, stained bath towels - some even had holes in them! Would not stay hete again or recommend to family or friends.

Relaxing and beautiful villa to make a central camp from in Bali.

villa was absolutely beautiful we spent hours everyday hanging out in the pool! while it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle it was such a central and convenient location to explore from. Also the warung next door did incredible food!

only nitpicking thing is that the floor tiles next to the pool are extremely slippery so you need to be careful especially with little kids. Not a major issue though just requires vigilance.

Nice and cosy villa in good location. Great value for money.

Lovely villa and great value for money. Bedrooms were beautiful and clean and bed was super comfortable. There are many nice cafés and restaurants around. The main street of Seminyak and the beaches are only a 10-20 minute walk away. Hosts were quick to reply when we messaged and very helpful.

There were many drain flies in one of the bathrooms when we arrived, however the host provided fly spray and helped get rid of them quickly. The neighbours have some chickens and dogs that were quite loud during both day and night which was a bit unfortunate.

Parfait

Établissement très agréable et très confortable. Très bien situé. Restaurants , marchés et plages proches . On nous a proposé un taxi pour venir nous chercher à l aéroport et nous conduire directement à la villa . Un vrai plus avec la fatigue du voyage. Literie confortable. Piscine très agréable. Très jolie décorations. Un grand merci !

Geweldig!

Het was ruim, schoon, netjes. Elke dag schoon beddengoed, nieuwe handdoeken en schoonmaak. Binnen 20 min lopen bij t strand. Heerlijk ontbijtje bij sambuca om de hoek. Kortom: geweldig begin van de vakantie.
