Water not working in the first day we arrived, staff were helpful and had to spend next couple of hours coming back and forth to get it working. Then no hot water for last 2 days of 3 night stay. Outdoor kitchen area poor condition, cupboards filthy and weathered, would not leave food or supplies in them. Fridge stopped working on second day with some dairy and yakult spoiling. Felt safe with security door to villas locked up at night.

The property was beautiful and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Due to the proximity of the property it was difficult to walk into the main area of Legian, leaving us reliant on taxis. The staff were always available to organise transport for us though. It would be a more convenient stay for those happy to hire scooters. Also, don’t break a glass as they cost 300k to replace each one

The property was good, and comfortable for the stay with family. The amenities were good, look location with access to restaurants, laundry and stores. The street it was located on was not ideal. The property could be better maintained as you start to see some things come apart. Overall a good place to stay for families travelling to Bali and who want an alternative to resorts or hotels.

The location was ok in terms of distance from main centres, but not necessarily the prettiest of areas for tourists. The property itself we had no issues and felt safe and secure and private. The staff are very friendly and professional and always helpful. The pool probably needs to be relined and painted as looking a bit tired near the fountain side. Apart from that we were totally fine with everything for our first time in Bali.

The location was great as it was nice and quiet away from the Main Street. We could walk to Seminyak, Kuta and Legian without any problems. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It was beautiful, private, spacious and everything we were looking for in our accomodation. A short taxi ride from Legian Beach, it’s located in a quieter part of town that adds to its charm. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends in the future!

Wonderful and beautiful villa located in the middle of kuta and seminyak beach. Quiet area if you prefer privacy. Price was really reasonable. A 15-20min walk to Kuta beach. This villa is spacious and is fully equipped with private pool, outdoor kitchen, separate bathtub and shower. You can be contented staying in the whole day. Some downsides are that the outdoor area has lots of mozzies so need to apply mosquito repellent. Water from shower and sink feels a little slimy but that’s alright. Some nice and cheap local food around the area. Would definitely recommend and come back to this villa!

Beautiful suite,quite,relaxing. Its close to a lot of things so not bad of a drive. Staff were as helpful as possible. Only thing left desired was a larger breakfast availability because what's offered is some bread/pastries in the morning with juice. Maybe cereal or eggs stuff that could be cooked easily should be offered as well for the price tag.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean and cool and we enjoyed swimming in our private pool each day. The walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes and coffee and restaurants a short distance away.

We booked the private pool villa and it was absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday with our permission first. There wasn’t any breakfast included but they did offer a bread box every morning with delicious pastries from one of the local bakeries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

The suite pool was not maintained.. the pool felt slimy because the PH balance was off.. we found centipedes and cockroach in our bathroom and freaked out. The water pressure was so low that during shower the water got cut off.However when we brought this to the attention of the staff, they immediately rectified the problem for us although we had to live with it on our first day. We wish the suite was prepared well in advance of our arrival. But compliments to the staff who served us who were very polite and hospitable.

The swimming pool is completely private and it gets a lot of sun exposure, which we love. The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator, microwave, cappuccino maker, toaster, stove, utensils... which is great since they don't really provide breakfast (not a problem at all for us because we could either cook or just eat at amazing brunch places in Kuta/Legian area). The location is truly strategic as it is close to everything from shops, restaurants and tourists destination as it's just off Sunset Rd. If there's any downside to this place, I wish they also provide some basic salt/pepper/butter to cook so we don't have to waste these essentials at the check out time.

Such a great little villa complex. A little further out from the hustle and bustle of Legian and Seminyak, but only took 5-10 minutes to walk in, or a short taxi ride. Staff were amazing in their endeavours to make sure our stay was comfortable and helped with anything that was required. The butler breakfast service was so convenient and reasonably priced as an extra to the accommodation. We took advantage of the airport transport to the villa, and were happy to pay the small extra back to the airport. We also took advantage of a late checkout as it was available for our villa on the day. The pool was inviting and in the sun for a majority of the day. The bathroom and extra large king size bed were just divine. The only improvements I can suggest is ensuring that the floors in the kitchen are oil free, as walking on them even with shoes on was slippery, and the wifi reception needs boosting. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone who doesnt mind walking into the busier areas of Legian or Seminyak or catching a taxi.

Villa was nice, staff were helpful, only real issue we had was with the choice of tiling in the kitchen. They were INCREDIBLY slippery when wet and as they are laid right up against the pool, they are always going to end up being wet. It actually lead to my partner slipping and badly injuring her ankle as we were unaware of this issue during our first use of the pool. There was also a lot of mosquitoes and other black bugs both in and out of the room.
