location is great. easy to go around Legian, Kuta and Seminyak. Access to the villa is very easy as well.
It would be great the Wifi is working great in terms of speed and reach to the bedroom upstairs.

The location was great and the private pool was great.
The property is a bit outdated and needs a bit of a renovation but overall good value for money.

Spacious well designed layout. Wife recovering from eye surgery so wanted a place with not only walking but easy access with less traffic ( oxymoron I know ) for transport to and from doctors. Pool is great gets sun all day. Small kitchen adequate.
Not De gani’s fault by any means however there is a tattoo shop across the river that turns into an outside karaoke party most nights. If you expect quite restful evenings have to wait until after midnight.

Clean and comfortable
Constant cats coming into the villa in heat constantly meowing and then male cats coming in and spraying. Constantly being woken up from the cats. And then dogs from another villa barking.
