We stayed as a family for just under a week and had a really enjoyable time. The villa is in a great spot in Sanur, it’s a calm, well-connected base that made it easy to explore further afield. We did day trips to other places in Bali without any hassle, and the local area had everything we needed for groceries and eating out. The kitchen was well set up for self-catering, which suited us well as a family.
The pool was a definite highlight, clean, well-kept, and the kids (and adults!) made the most of it every day. The room was comfortable and spotless, the bed was great, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in Bali’s humidity. We appreciated the water dispenser too, a thoughtful touch given you can’t drink the tap water. Housekeeping was unobtrusive but reliable. Every time we headed out and came back, the place had been tidied. We only met the staff at check-in but everything ran smoothly without needing any hand-holding.
The pool filtration pump kicked in during the evenings, roughly between 9 and 11pm, which interrupted the peace a little when you’re winding down for the night. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you’re sensitive to background noise. We also noticed there wasn’t an in-room safe, though there are lockable cupboards which did the job fine and we had no issues at all with our belongings.

Spacious comfortable rooms & each room had its own bathroom. Great pool which our two young kids loved.
The property attendant was very accommodating & responsive to our needs.
We were a little isolated… no shops within easy walking distance… the nearest supermarket was 20 minutes drive.

Great pool and lovely house. Nice and open plan. Spacious with large rooms for 6 of us to sleep in.
The location was not near shops, which made it harder to get around. Taxis struggled to find the address. Upstairs toilets only have a partial roof, which meant when it rained it rained on you while on the toilet.
