Sanur Residence

Great location with a beautiful view and loved hearing the waves of a night and in the morning.

Nothing it was fantastic just keep in mind there is nothing in walking distance under 1/2 hour if your looking for close access to cafes ect. But easily can order cars or delivery of items if needed.

The property itself is really lovely down a quiet laneway. It's very clean and and neat with nicely appointed rooms. The personal butler was a bonus offer.

Whilst the property was really nice, we opted to leave due to its location within an hour of arriving. Mostly our fault for not researching the location thoroughly but didn't expect it to be so far away from the main restaurant and shopping areas in Sanur. Even though not far, with the traffic a one-way trip into Sanur was 20-30 minutes excluding wait times for the taxi. The closest facilities are a few local wurrungs and one or two shops. Food and drinks are ordered in by the staff and not actually prepared on site.

Beautiful views, large villa with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. Staff really helpful and attentive. The pool is great, perfect temperature and large.

No direct beach access and surrounding area is full of plastic rubbish

Good kitchen and bathrooms. I liked the evenings there, sitting around dining and chatting with the other two I travelled with, and I liked how light and airy the place was. Staff were very obliging and friendly.

Isolated location, can't get to anywhere interesting without a car. The 'private' beach was full of rubbish. There's quite a lot of stagnant water around and despite sprays and electric insect deterrents, there were mosquitos every night. The actual residence would suit 6-8 people but it kind of separated the three of us. We missed our cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of Sanur that we left for an expected three days of relative luxury to finish our holiday.
