Beautiful views, large villa with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. Staff really helpful and attentive. The pool is great, perfect temperature and large.
No direct beach access and surrounding area is full of plastic rubbish

Spotless, huge, spacious and comfortable villa. So many comfy spots to rest inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful.
We were a bit uncomfortable about staff just entering the villa unannounced. There are also no curtains or blinds in the main living area so it did not feel private or a space we could be comfortable in at night. Wifi was very patchy and unreliable.

The villa was huge and perfect for our group of 4 ages 86, 56, 19 and 16. Very comfortable with a view across a grassy field to the sea. 3 big bathrooms and an extra powder room. The staff were wonderful. It’s close to much, but we didn’t mind because it was peaceful. Lovely gardens and pool.

Good kitchen and bathrooms. I liked the evenings there, sitting around dining and chatting with the other two I travelled with, and I liked how light and airy the place was. Staff were very obliging and friendly.
Isolated location, can't get to anywhere interesting without a car. The 'private' beach was full of rubbish. There's quite a lot of stagnant water around and despite sprays and electric insect deterrents, there were mosquitos every night. The actual residence would suit 6-8 people but it kind of separated the three of us. We missed our cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of Sanur that we left for an expected three days of relative luxury to finish our holiday.
