Great view

Staff were attentive and helpful
Also sorted out transport and daily drivers, knowledgeable and helpful and gave good suggestions. Drivers they used were excellent.
Nice to know and see security out and about 24/7. Felt extremely safe.
Sorted out missing buggy without us realising it was missing!

Clean accommodation and friendly helpful staff
It was a bit out of the way for restaurants, however if your up for the walk 3km easy flat pathed walk along the beach, our short ride in cab or scooter

Staff were so helpful. Friendly. Always happy to help with anything. The facilities are amazing! So much room. The pool was clean as was all the home.
I personally would have liked it closer to Sanur and Icon mall but it wasn't very far by Blue Bird.

Good kitchen and bathrooms. I liked the evenings there, sitting around dining and chatting with the other two I travelled with, and I liked how light and airy the place was. Staff were very obliging and friendly.
Isolated location, can't get to anywhere interesting without a car. The 'private' beach was full of rubbish. There's quite a lot of stagnant water around and despite sprays and electric insect deterrents, there were mosquitos every night. The actual residence would suit 6-8 people but it kind of separated the three of us. We missed our cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of Sanur that we left for an expected three days of relative luxury to finish our holiday.
