It was idea for what we needed to do in the two days we where there

It was a central villa right in Kuta Legian st was only a 2 minute walk so if you enjoy shopping this villa would suit you The staff where amazing

The pool didn’t get much sun The kitchen an dining room was outside with quite a few mosquitoes an the location was extremely busy

Best options in Kuta area

The location is good. Close to Kuta main street and beach. Everything you need can be found inside the villa. The owner is very kind.

Some facilities (shower and bath) are kind of old. But still ok to use. Too many keys to use when leaving the house. The location of the property is inside a small alley, most of cars cannot drive inside, but still acceptable to walk for 1 minute from the Main Street.

We loved the villa. Having our own pool was great. Ana the host was lovely we would send her messages asking questions and she would respond straight away.

Villa is down a small lane way…so a bit of a pain if you have a bit of luggage ….laneway is busy with motorbikes cutting through

Very old bathrooms upstairs No sunshine In villa so pool cold Property also accused me of taking padlock wanting compensation. After saying I would make a police report twice they agreed to drop it

Cleaning can be improved. Kitchennet need attention. We stayed one night so not so big a deal.

Awaiting promised refund, no further communication since they confirmed in writing weeks ago

There was no signage to find the property from the street- taxi driver stopped 3 times to ask for assistance. Check in - agreed form of correspondence (via email) with the host. Emailed several times (5+ and still no response) Cleanliness - poor, all fridges mouldy for example Kitchen advertisement - not accurate cooking facilities. BBQ was inoperable, 1 element, 1 rice cooker, dirty fridge and microwave, no sharps. Noise - dog next door barked literally all night, roosters from 4am, arguing and yelling in the street until all hours + constant mopeds traversing, temple drums for hours in the evening. We contacted the host to advise we were leaving early. Emails everyday since without response. Finally host contacted us and agreed to refund one night in writing - two weeks later and no response from them nor refund - although contacted several times.

•Friendly staff/owner •main bedroom is spacey •close to the Airport

• Cleanliness was very lacking. Mainly in the kitchen area, as if someone lives there daily but very dusty I could write on it if you know what I mean. Utensils were very basic. • Floor was dusty and gritty all around. • Swimming pool water was murky. • and few other little things

Good location, close to Jalan Legian. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nice warung in the street to get breakfast, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner.
