Great location and comfortable spacious, bright villa.
Nothing not to like about the villa, but Kuta beach, which is the nearest beach to the villa, is not a clean beach - not suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

We booked because there was a washing machine included but was not true. We recieved an apology from the 'boss' via a phone call. The 5th bedroom is the converted pool house outside the main building, and the bathroom attached to the 4th bedroom (that is the converted garage with one power outlet with extension cord and double adaptor provided) smells bad. The kitchen is original from when it was built, the cupboards smell musty. We ate out and ordered in.
