Villa Hikari Bali was unfortunately not a good experience for me. Firstly, there was confusion regarding the location, and when I reached the property, I had difficulty contacting the host. It took around 30–40 minutes to get a response, and I was informed that I was at the wrong location as the property is actually called Hikari Guest House, which is about 20+ minutes away. The communication from the host at that time was not very helpful. Once I reached the correct villa, the on-ground staff were polite and supportive. However, the cleanliness of the property needs improvement. The breakfast provided was good, and the location is near Kuta Beach, which is convenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the initial miscommunication and service, and I would not choose to stay here again.

What I didn’t like was the initial response from the host. The contact number provided on the booking was not attended properly, and there was a delay of around 30–40 minutes before I received a clear response. This caused confusion about the correct location and made the check-in experience stressful.
