The location was excellent, close to everything, and it was easy to get around. We really appreciated how convenient it was.
I don’t have anything negative to say. The only issue is that there isn’t handicap access, only stairs, which can make things complicated.

Неплохое месторасположение- недалеко от Синдзюку и рядом со станцией JR Shin-Okubo, это очень удобно.
Маленькое помещение, в котором можно жить максимум вдвоем, но никак не втроем. Нет столика для еды, даже раскладного, поэтому наличие плиты и чайника мало помогает, тк есть всё равно не на чем. Очень шумно от соседей сверху, звукопроницаемость такая, что слышно абсолютно все шаги и разговоры, иногда до 2-3 ночи. Плиту ни разу не удалось использовать по назначению: она выключалась спустя минуту после включения. Рекомендую заезжать в номера на втором этаже, тк первый расположен на уровне земли, где из за постоянных свалок мусора мимо окон бегают крысы. В самом номере чисто.
