Johnny was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after we landed at Haneda in the morning following a 12-hour journey. The self check-in process was seamless and very easy to follow. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were impressed by how spotless it was. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. Considering Tokyo standards, the space was surprisingly generous for the price. We were a group of eight, including two children, and rented the two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor along with the ground-floor studio, which worked perfectly for us. We also appreciated the generous supply of toiletries. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use—just follow the host’s guide, and if needed, Google Translate makes everything even simpler. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s only about a two-minute walk (or even less) to Shin-Okubo Station and around a ten-minute walk to Shinjuku. There are plenty of conveniences nearby, including 7-Eleven, Yoshinoya, McDonald’s, Burger King, a small Don Quijote, and Matsumoto Kiyoshi. Johnny’s kindness truly stood out at checkout. I accidentally almost took the keys with me to Osaka and forgot to return them to the lockbox. I was panicking, but Johnny was incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive throughout the situation. His professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful experience into a reassuring one. We had a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
Nothing. Everything's perfect.

The location is great. Its 2 minutes from the nearest train station and right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood filled with shops, restaurants and bars. If you are looking to enjoy the night life of Japan then this property puts you there effectively. After living at a few Japanese properties during this vacation I can say that this was an average property. Nothing too negative or too positive about it. The rooms were clean, everything worked as expected, a little cramped for space (its Tokyo!), dense neighborhood - cannot open windows without loss of privacy, etc.
The property can get noisy at nights. Its in the middle of a neighborhood where people were walking/driving at midnight (literally) to get to the next bar or restaurant. We stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday night so that might also have played a role. We went to bed around 1 am and could still hear those motorcycles that take pride in how noisy their engines are (not how silent). Sometimes we could also hear people talking on the street. It wasn't too bad for me particularly but might affect a light sleeper.

Location was the best, 2 minutes walk to the station but relatively quiet for such proximity. Unit was clean, compact, bed was firm, comforter was thick enough.
Staff did NOT respond to my messages once I checked in. I messaged them twice for enquiries, no reply at all. I wouldn't recommend at all. Pillow was super flat, no vacuum cleaner for all the hair dropped over the 5 days. Sound proofing was bad, foot stomping from upstairs especially audible at night n early morning. Heater was blowing directly only on 1 side of the bed as its mounted to the wall, and bed was against the same wall. For this price, you can find lower-priced units.
