    It's just not worth the money to stay in this hotel, with minimal service and facilities. Quite a walk to the shopping area as well. We only booked this hotel for its connecting rooms option and the washing machine in the room.

    Ideal for family who requires - doing the laundry everyday - close to Shinjuku station(could get you anywhere in Tokyo) - Safe, quiet but happening in the surrounding area - close to Subway - A sizeable supermarket just down the road (not Lawson or FamilyMart)

    Great location, very close to shinjuku and multiple train stations. On the edge of kabukicho, full of tourist traps and a bit gross but if you head a little further south, 10 minutes walk there were great restaurants.

    Hotel is set in good location easy to travel by train/metro or walk.. Room is small and not cheap but you are in the city.. breakfast ok everyone find something for themself... In this price range room is the biggest one.. standard rooms in same aera around 12m² but in thia hotel 18m² ... i pick this hotel only for room size and location .. rest same like other hotels nothing special... If you stay less then 4 nights your room will be not clean..
