    Highly recommend - close to the station (4 min walk) but also still walkable from shinjuku station. The room has all the amenities thought out and is clean and modern. Only downside is there is no elevator but they will help you with your luggage.

    All staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating! Location is excellent as well. I will definitely book this hotel on my next trip to Tokyo.

    The room was very clean and nice, and there are plenty of conveniences nearby. The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly. I checked in after midnight and was helped immediately, and was helped with my luggage at both arrival and departure. The bed is firm but comfortable, and the curtain does an excellent job of blocking sunlight. I would definitely stay here again.

    Conveniently located within a short walk of both Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations, next to lots of dining and nightlife options without being affected by noise. The room is small (standard for Tokyo) but stylish, with a proper bathroom rather than a unit bath. The simple free breakfast in the lounge was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
