    The room was very clean and nice, and there are plenty of conveniences nearby. The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly. I checked in after midnight and was helped immediately, and was helped with my luggage at both arrival and departure. The bed is firm but comfortable, and the curtain does an excellent job of blocking sunlight. I would definitely stay here again.

    Conveniently located within a short walk of both Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations, next to lots of dining and nightlife options without being affected by noise. The room is small (standard for Tokyo) but stylish, with a proper bathroom rather than a unit bath. The simple free breakfast in the lounge was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

    The location is very convenient, near Shin Okubo station. There’s a Lawson and Matsukiyo nearby. The room is great and clean, the service is also great. A staff called Johan was particularly helpful. I’ll stay again next time!
