Location was very ideal; about 10 mins walk to Osubo-Shinjuku Station, which connects to Shinjuku station. Apartment building has a hidden entryway off the main street which provided some privacy.

I feel like any location in Tokyo is going to have tourism/traffic noise, so it wasn't terribly disturbing, but noticeable. We were under the impression there was a washer/dryer in the unit, however it's only a washer, no machine dryer (not a 2-in-1). You might want to request additional towels and linens for stays over 5 days.

Big and clean!

Can’t say enough about this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Location: This apartment is perfectly situated in Shinjuku—far enough from the noise and lights to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to central areas like Golden Gai in about 15 minutes. It also offers easy access to multiple subway stops. Property: The one-bedroom unit felt newly renovated and was surprisingly spacious for our family of four. We especially appreciated the large bathroom layout; having the toilet in a separate "closet" from the shower and washing machine made it much easier for everyone to get ready. The kitchen and living area featured a comfortable pull-out sofa and a full dining table, which made family meals a breeze. Staff: The team was attentive from booking through arrival, providing clear instructions that eased any travel anxiety. They were incredibly responsive to our questions throughout our stay.

While we liked everything about the property, guests should note that the bed in the bedroom is more of an XL twin bed. It’s a bit tight for two adults but very comfortable for an adult and a child.
