The hotel could be a gem but…
1. It has a terrible breakfast with nothing to eat and no place to eat. We had to eat in our tiny room.
2. The hotel extra charge for cleaning the room.
3. Its checkout time is very early ( 10:00). We checked out on 10:50 and hotel charged us another 2800 jpy.
Summary:
We travel a lot as a couple and visiting Japan regularly.
Surely not coming back and not recommend to others.

The location was perfect for Shinjuku day & night life. The amenities were more than your heart can desire. There was a ‘ wall of amenities’ to choose whatever you needed or wanted. From facials to foot peels to exotic milk baths, you could get your pretty ‘ON’. The onigiri maker machine was SO much fun. And, so were the s’mores at night. The whirlpool jet massage deep tub was what I looked forward to after being out all day sightseeing. Yuzzoo bath salts were my jam. The freestyle soda machine and the variety of coffees that their coffee machine made ( both hot & cold) were a delight. I have madly fallen ‘ in love’ with Japan’s hot milk tea. Thank you Hotel Petit Bali Higashi , for taking such care of US.

Not sure I can recommend because the place is good, facilities are good, staff are friendly etc. However, the soundproofing is pretty bad. I could literally hear people walking (probably the cleaning staff) above me at weird hours like 3am which made it hard to get a good rest. It's fine if you're a heavy sleeper but otherwise it might be difficult to have uninterrupted rest. The other balian nearby has better soundproofing.

This Hotel service is extremely bad but facilities are good. 24hrs alcohol and basic food but if you checkout on time they charge you extra. Language problem is there and hence use translator and double confirm before you convey. Overall experience was mixed and would not recommend. Hence Super Hotel Shinjuku is what I prefer.
