Hotel Petit Bali Higashishinjuku - Adults Only

Nice Bali themed hotel though space inside the room is a bit tight and not really able to open a suitcase without moving furniture or doing it in the hallway. Lots of free amenities which is excellent but the food options are quite basic and not always available. There wasn’t a space to sit or eat so we took stuff back to our rooms. Very close to Higashi Shinjuku station so it’s quite convenient. Be aware it’s a love hotel format and in kabukicho but there appeared to be many tourists using the place like a hotel. The rooms have a physical key which needs to be left at the front desk. Room cleaning costs 2000 yen if you request it except if you stay 3 days or more. But you can request towels and bin changes.

Very kind stay and in a really great location for our purpose of touring the city! The only thing I didn’t realize was how small the room would be - granted, I booked a business double, and I should have expected it to be smaller, but it felt quite tight, and with all the amenities they provide, there was little space for my own items. Aside from that, the hotel staff and amenities were amazing!! We slept well, the bathroom was clean, it was a great experience. I was not expecting there to be no shower door, so that was a little difficult as we needed extra towels to dry after, but it is okay!

The hotel is well located. The room was beautiful and you have acesa to all type of free food and drink 24 hours and other goodies like face masks, creams etc….

The room seemed about average for Tokyo. The shower and bathtub room has some mould. The jetted tub is pretty gross to be honest and knowing it’s not easy to clean properly made me apprehensive. I was recommended to stay here for the convenience and being close to the metro. Better research would’ve served me well. The breakfast is nothing special, it included make your own nigiri -that was subpar when the machine was working. Some cereal and soup was available. Mini croissants and milk bread was available, along with all you can drink and mini desserts. What I’m trying to say is the food isn’t healthy at any point in the day. I was disappointed the recreation/lounge space seen online was I think the only saving grace was all the free toiletries. I enjoyed the options.
