Z87新宿最中心 東新宿站5分-Shinjuku center 5 mins to Station, Max 3P 新宿 涉谷 表参道 池袋 上野 代代木 银座 原宿

Stayed there for a week, was definitely worth it as it’s 3 minutes from a train station entrance and it’s in the heart of shinjuku. Just does the job and I kind of liked that the bathrooms small something about it. There is a bath to stand in the photo doesn’t show it very well, getting there we thought water would go everywhere but no. The room has enough room for two people.

Can’t say I had a problem with anything, just don’t expect a lot of room and don’t bother booking for 3 people, be living on top of each other.

Everything was perfect in the apartment. We had a good bed for 2 people, ideal as a couple. The Aircon worked fine, same for the fridge. The bathroom is pretty small but that's okay. Very good price/quality room, would recommend. The best part is of course the location. Center of Shinjuku yet very quiet area and also close to multiple subway stations. The owner of the apartment is very kind and gave us all the proper information.

The bathroom is pretty small, but that's fine. You dont get a change of linens but if you're clean you wont be needing it anyway. Would not recommend it for 3 people though, too small in that case.

Location... Location.... Location! It is walking distance everywhere: Subways, restaurants, stores, malls... The owner (or she the host?) is excellent in communication. When I complained about the sofabed and towels that smells like mold, she sent new towels. I mean literally speaking, new towels! came with labels and tags!

The apartment is old. They have a 2-seater-sofa, that converts to an extremely uncomfortable bed. The sofa is so old and worn, it squeaks on any movements. Sofa mattress is so thin that it's impossible to sleep in. It has a very hard bar in the middle and since the mattress is so thin that it feels like you have a metal bar in your back. We ended up (3-people) sleeping together in the full size bed. I feel that the owner/host should try to sleep in that sofabed to see for themselves. Please toss that sofa and be considerate and get new one for your guests.... Also there is no hot water in kitchen sink. Patio that they advertise is not openable since the bed is where the bed is sitting so you technically have to move the entire bed for the "patio" to open. Also the advertised photos does not look any closer to the room you get.
