    nice hotel, abit far from the train station, but you can walk all the way in the underground metro which makes it easy to get there. very friendly staff, comfortable bed and big bath. highly recommend

    The hotel in itself feels old, but holds up just fine. Rooms are probably as spacious as they can get in the buzzing (and expensive) Shinjuku area - which is the main highlight of this hotel. You can safely open 3-4 trunks at a time in the room, which is unbelievable for a country obsessed with tiny hotel rooms. The rooms are equipped with a plethora of lotions, facial creams and what not. The bathroom had a foul smell and came with a waterproof mattress too (IYKYK). The staff was very kind and gave us a small gift of chopsticks when we checked in. Overall - impressive value for money with some small caveats.
