    While decently positioned near harajuku, ~10 minutes away from two stationed an hour away from most main areas of Tokyo. The place is bland at best and filthy at worse. It seems to me like they only swap out towels and blankets and call it a day when cleaning. Maybe give it a quick sweep between different guests. The moquette was filthy from day one and it stayed that way. All the small trash we left behind (small pieces of plastic, a bottle cap) they left it there on the floor like we put it there on purpose and somehow we liked it there. The shower had a gap between the tub and the wall so god's know how much water and mold there must be where you can't see. They leave you a room spray for the smell, but if i didn't keep the window open at all times while there I would have fainted by nausea. The photos you can find about the bespoke are basically of the 2 decently looking areas of the hotel conveniently leaving out basically 90% of how the hotel actually is. The staff is kind enough, but for this price you can just find better in Tokyo.
