This hotel exceeded my expectations. When I set foot to check in, I was greeted by a wonderful Japanese staff who spoke English. He was friendly and welcoming. The check in process took less than 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. I had the smoking room but I didn’t smell any trace of it. I smoked of course but the room was spotless and got all the features I need. It has a cabinet for clothes, mini fridge, a pot and has free coffee and tea. The sink was spacious as well as the bathroom with tub. The toilet is in a small room separate from the shower which was a total plus. The night staff was awesome as well. The hotel has a 24/hour reception for emergency and safety. The bed was comfortable and there is also a small table with seats near the TV, it’s like you have a mini living room. This place is one of the best hotels to stay in Shinjuku. It is in Kabukicho which is surrounded by love hotels, 3 and 5 star hotels. The check out process was smooth as well. I was assisted nicely and the warmth of the staff was perfect to start my day. The receptionists/staff played a big role on how beautiful this hotel is. They are the heart of its beauty. I will definitely comeback and book this hotel again in the future. Totally awesome and unforgettable stay!

Our expectations were not high but based on prior reviews expectations were also not met. The facility is fairly dated and could stand a major refurbishment. The Agoda site also offers non smoking rooms but upon arrival were informed all rooms are smoking only.
