Good location. Clean. Flexible host who allowed us to drop our bags off while the apartment was being cleaned; highly appreciated! Terrace (although the exit to it is more like a window than a door). Useful with Google TV rather than just one with local channels.
Suboptimally organised; no real storage space: instead of putting ”AirBnb art” in the hallway, there should have been a few short rods for hangers - and a couple of shelves above the washing machine. Nowhere to properly dry laundry except on the terrace(which is problematic when it rains). Very basic kitchenware (no glasses; only one set of cutlery per person). Nowhere to dry the dishes (would have helped to have an additional low ”grid shelf” in the kitchen.

This was an extremely delightful stay.
The location is absolutely fantastic—the best place to stay while exploring Tokyo.
First, the transportation is incredibly convenient, with two subway stations nearby: Higashi-Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku Station. They offer multiple lines that can take you to all the attractions you want to visit. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Kabukichō and Golden Gai, where we experienced the vibrant nightlife.
The interior decor is tasteful, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. All kinds of daily necessities are well provided.
We would definitely choose this accommodation again and highly recommend it to our friends.
