Had everything needed packed into a small space. Good for a lone traveller or two people at most. Queries were responded to very promptly. Very easy to get out to other areas as this was close to good transport links. Surprisingly quiet given the liveliness of the Kabukicho area. Best route from Haneda was airport limousine coach to Kabukicho Tower station then 10 min walk.
Storage was very minimal and we couldn’t get the washing machine to work- instructions either not clear or it was broken.

- great location! So close to all the different train and metro entrances, and walking distance to all the restaurants and streets to see
- host replied instantly on message to our questions
- compared to all the other properties we saw, this was good value for money in terms of room space and location

房间非常干净，设施很齐全。微波炉、冰箱、空调、洗衣机（带烘干功能）、吹风机，你能想到的家电用品基本都具备。
我个人感觉床垫稍微偏软了一些，我个人比较喜欢略硬的床垫。

Location is ok, we just walk everywhere. Near to tourist area and shopping malls.
You could at least provide extra towels for your guests.
