I enjoyed communicating with the property owner. Everything was clearly explained. Room, bathroom and kitchen area were clean and everything was easily accesible. Place is well connected, metro close by, central train station is in walkable distance, and behind the building is a yummy pizzeria :)
It's not up to property, but metro underground was making the building shake a little with small noise which can be disturbing for some.
