Spacious room, exactly as it was described, extremely clean and welcoming. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, from tableware, cookware and utensils to various choices for continental breakfast, which was restocked every day. It was in very close proximity to transportation to reach any point in the city. The staff and owner were exceptionally accomodating, solving crises in record time. Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Location: 5 minute walk to the metro station. Close to all the major tourist destinations via metro in Rome. Great restaurants near the place that were recommended by the excellent host Matteo. Cleanliness: The place was very clean, and I am very particular about these things! Room: Had all the amenities you need. Fridge, clean towels, shampoo, soap, air conditioner, spacious bed. The bathroom was very modern, and the design of the main room was more authentic. The lobby also had an elevator that helped with big luggage. Host: Matteo was an excellent host, and responded in a very timely manner. Our air conditioner had issues on our first night, and he travelled 30 minutes in the middle of the night to help us! He also gave us recommendations of places to eat around Rome, and they were some of the best places we have eaten at on our trip in Italy.

Location was ok and room was clean with decent bed and fridge.

It was not a hotel - no reception, no room service and no restaurant etc. It is a flat with three room, which is rented to three different customers. So it is like shared student accommodation. Inside the room, small freeze is there but no microwave etc. However, there is kitchen facility you can share with other unknown guests in the flat. If you are looking for a student like accommodation to live with other guest, it is alright.
