The location was so good. Just 5 mins away from Central Train station. And I was able to do early check-in.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the team were very good with communication - fast to reply and to help with questions.
It was incredibly loud - we could hear every single time another guest locked/unlocked and opened/closed their doors. This happened all night and early into the morning. We were woken up every time a door opened. It was almost like staying in a hostel.
