The location, the property, my room was lovely, cosy and adequate for my stay.
Toiletries provided, and water if needed.
Nice breakfast across the road in a friendly run cafe.
Georgio is so helpful explaining things in the area, always contactable.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
Unfortunately the floor above is squeaky and not insulated so you can hear every step. There was a family above us... the kids were running around which was a little frustrating and we could also clearly hear people talking. Noise from the carpark outside was quite loud also until later at night.

The hotel is very familiar and sweet
The hot water system in shower is not well if other room guest use too long that will affect others need to wait around 20 minutes to have hot water taking shower

Somewhat close to Central station. Bathroom ok.
Small, old, windows go toward a parking lot.
Very bad value for money, we paid 200E for a night.
