    I booked a queen bed room with lake view. At check-in I was given a twin bed room facing the backyard. When I raised it, Celia at the front office shrugged and said she could not do anything about it, then told me it was my fault for booking through Agoda. She made no attempt to help or make any offer, she simply said to raise it with staff the next day.. My wife and I had been travelling around Europe for four weeks and this was my last stay, so I stayed the two nights anyway. I did not use any of the facilities, and none were explained to me at check-in. Thank you Celia for your very unhelpful hospitality. A booked room type should mean something, and guests deserve at least an attempt to help. Finally she was aware I was an IHG member but said it didn't count as I booked through Agoda, which is ok but if the hotel manager it's rates correctly then IHG members would not find lower rates outside IHG.

    when we request high floor, they gave us ground floor room. but the next guest they gave high floor.
