Comfortable room, nice staff. Kim at the breakfast was amazing.
Receptionist staff were really nice, too, they let me check out late for free.
There were pieces of broken glass in the room (under the sliding door of the bathroom) when I arrived.
The shampoo dispenser didn't work.
The soup I ordered from the room service was cold.

I've been coming to this hotel for 4 years now on and off for work. As in most businesses the people make the difference. At this specific hotel the people go above and beyond always. Its not one specific person its everyone. From the checkin to next mornings breakfast. You feel that there is something extra here. The benefit of traveling all over the world for work allows me to see so many different luxury hotels and I can say hands down this is one of the best. The rooms are beautiful and always clean and ill repeat again the people are simply fantastic.
