We missed a connecting flight quite late at night so ended up staying in Milan, and we're able to last minute book a lovely room here. They were very accommodating, welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. It's in good proximity to the city with easy transport links, and some good bars, restaurants and gelato shops nearby!

Professional staff. Breakfast had big choice. I would have liked more choice of bread (but that is because I travel a lot to Germany and there you get really spoiled with different types). Had a room to the back at the upper floors with nice open view. You could really open the windows, which is always nice. Bed was comfortable.
Not well soundproof rooms: You could hear other guest talking from their rooms at the other side of the corridor and your neighbours. Bathroom had no ventilation. The shower sink was broken in two places. Small room and smaller bathroom.
