Location is fantastic for foodies with multiple great restaurants around, a mall close by, supermarket and bakeries.
We had to extend our stay due to geopolitical reasons and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us with everything from breakfast to extending our stay to cleanliness, the works. Hats off to Mr. Daniele who is a star and the rest of the staff were amazing as well.
The place is a little out dated and the TV functions are limited, no A/C during our stay (dictated by the season and not the guest temperature preference). Also room service only starts at 5pm.

Professional staff.
Breakfast had big choice. I would have liked more choice of bread (but that is because I travel a lot to Germany and there you get really spoiled with different types).
Had a room to the back at the upper floors with nice open view. You could really open the windows, which is always nice.
Bed was comfortable.
Not well soundproof rooms: You could hear other guest talking from their rooms at the other side of the corridor and your neighbours.
Bathroom had no ventilation. The shower sink was broken in two places.
Small room and smaller bathroom.
